the biggest question i would ask, as posed her by other posters, is: did he pass his polygraph?
for seasoned posters: does LE typically tell someone whether they've passed or not? if someone failed a polygraph test, they can't be arrested just on that alone, right? so, if he has passed the polygraph, like others have mentioned here, he would have let the world know, if he was told...
also, why would a grieving husband be taking to anyone about how modest they are? it all just seems bizarre.
as for why he hasn't been arrested yet, if he is in fact the perpetrator, police try to build as strong of a case as possible so that the defense isn't easily able to tear it apart.
regardless of who asked for the divorce, GR would still be responsible for child support (a third of his income), alimony (since Jennifer was the primary caregiver), health insurance, pension, etc, AND at least half of his assets in property. to me, that could be motive in this case and *has* been motive in countless cases like this.
