Also, word is Jeffrey is not paying for LD or MG defense. He is paying for JR's.
Honestly, I would think MG's dad would want nothing more to do with any of these people and can afford a good attrney for his son.

IMO. I Doubt it. I'm betting the weapon was tossed out just like the clothes and the body. With a SW they will take any and everything that "might" be of evidentiary value...sometimes these things turn up to have no actual value at all. Better safe than sorry. IMO that could be why no murder charges have been brought about...no weapon. Lots of DNA from all the men in question which would make sense as they or someone placed them at the scene of the crime(the apartment) DNA is probably a mess for them right now, not to mention touch DNA. IMO

i viewed the instagram link posted by Donna. i removed my comment about the jewelry business because after i looked into it -that was another unrelated person that i was thinking of . My point was that i think JC had plenty of access to the Hamptons not to need JR.

I did a quick price check on a week in the Hamptons and they were way up there. If someone treats you, than that's more money in your pocket.. Especially if you are used to things being given to you.

He is probably very torn up. He seems like he tries to be a nice guy, just lonely and confused.

The ultimate responsibility should fall on who ever thought it was a good idea to let Jr. out of prison.

I read last night a few news articles that JR has always been straight and it was an interview with his ex girlfriend back home. She said she could see him sleeping with an older rich man for money, but in no way Jose is he gay at all.

I am thinking this group of men, his group of friends are all straight, his straight crowd, and the murder had nothing to due with making a pass and getting rejected. Besides getting money from his sugar daddy who lives in a separate residence (most happily for JR), I have not heard a thing from the gay community commenting on knowing who JR is. It seems he does not hang out in that scene.

The timeline and camera footage does not make any sense. JR is seen leaving alone, and tossing a bag with a dead weighted body??? inside the Mercedes. There is no way he could pick him up and carry him alone. Then later, we took? Where is camera footage of the other men leaving with him.

In another interview, JR said he never stayed the night at his place but stayed upstairs with his Dad.

Is it possible, a security guard or other person broke in to steal knowing they were all passed out and maybe ran into Comunale by surprise, and thrusted the knife in chest and with the initial stab being in a critical area, he was unable to call out, and the thief made sure he was dead. The other men woke up to Comunale murdered, and freaked out, cleaning up and disposing of body.

The security camera messed with by security.

JR is so adamant he never saw Comunale, a dead body, and knows nothing. The charges are coming in slow. There a large pieces missing from this story. I have a hard time with JR doing anything to ruin his very lucrative living arrangement, good job, and easy life. It could be he is a hardened killer, but I am not sensing this from him.

And I wonder if he leased cars. I have a friend who leases cars and seems to be changing and upgrading at a rate that always surprises me.

Does someone have a source showing how the cars were purchased? If not, then I think it's quite a leap to assume JRtheElder purchased them....especially for a young man with a college education and career.

Interestingly, many young people will rent expensive cars for the weekend. I'm not sure we know if they were purchased, leased or rented.

Maybe I am reaching with the cars. I just don't think that level of hate can happen in a split second., even with someone like James.. That's deep hatred and overkill. Why did they have to desecrate his corpse.. Possibly have thrown him out a window and burn his body.. Why did they leave him in plain view? Who ever did this HATED him.. The big question is WHY?

I have a theory he is paying for all involved so it will play out the way he wants it to. If they start turning on one another, then the truth will come out regarding the depth of his possible involvement.

It seems Jeffrey conned sonny boys way into the elite building, putting all tenants at risk and now he's trying to con his way out of this mess.

I also think Jeffrey is deeply closeted and could have been blackmailed. They will probably use the self defense angle. Hopefully cops can piece it together so that doesn't happen. Jmo

I agree. I would be shouting my innocence from the rooftops. I wouldn't protect the guilty party and ruin my own life, even
if it was my best friend. The truth is the truth.

That's why I think they are co-conspiring to come up with a plausible tale. They do need to go back to the drawing board after that lame pack of cigarettes story. Or, maybe all three are involvad.

I can't figure out Gemma's part in all of this. What could he have taken or done? I imagine LD told them enough to get him in trouble also.

They got a taste of jail and now some freedom through the holiday, one of them really might crack. They could offer Gemma immunity. Give LD seven or less years for concealing a body in trade for rolling over on JR.

That's good. They need Gemma to get answers. Unfortunately NY doesn't have the death penalty. They can't use that as a bargaining chip with JR. He should realize how screwed he is and confess.

Joey has so many friends and family that they will see this through to the end. Why would LD get him self in this mess if he didn't partake in the murder?

Could Gemma have taken money or drugs that Joey may have gotten blamed maybe ? I feel that JR and LD might have been upstairs at Jeffreys apt. because Gemma said it was dark and quiet when he left. Joey could have been asleep in the bedroom. Whatever Gemma took or tampered with could be the key and also why he is in trouble.

I am glad the judge denied it. It is too serious of a crime and all those present that night/day should stay local for questioning.
