Any criminal Lawyers here that know what will transpire at next court dates? Will the charges be more clear cut and will they have to go back to jail?

But JR & LD have an ADDITIONAL charge of concealing a human corpse. MG was not charged with this crime.
I thought I read somewhere that mg had links to the location of the florist. If max is found involved in that , he will also be charged. Something wierd about the secrecy of max.

Also, in one link I provided, kept calling mystery person with the trash bags "That Man" who was taken into custody immediately

Then, after they knew Dilione buried Joey, they described him as a helpful witness and party attendee.

Later, it ALL changed to Rackover with the suitcases. Unbelievable!

Does anyone remember Pat C saying he helped nab suspect on video?

This lead them to Dilione who was putting the trash bags in the trunk and did get arrested but they couldn't hold him.

The other article said James was seen on camera Monday loading the car with suit cases.
Joey was already in NJ???

I think I just repeated almost the same thing, but everything is starting to click.

Dilione comes from a rich NY family with ties to horse breeding. Sooo, that's why everything changed I guess, by the looks of the links I presented moo

The next case I find interesting, I'm going to save the first critical reports. Information on the initial statements seem to be disappearing. I've noticed that happening before on other cases.

No more mention of burned legs or sheets at NJ gravesite. I wonder why and how they got back to the The Sutton..

I meant NJ family.. I can't really edit at all anymore. My keyboard crashes. It only seems to happen here for some reason.

It would be interesting if some of the *snips* don't match the possibly revised links. Has that ever happened here??

Could that car really be Larry's. Why would Jeffrey tag a car for someone who got a DUI and he could get sued? Still don't know if Dilione even has a drivers license. Could someone look it up that knows how to get in there and check? TIA..

Or could the car be Gemmas?

They keep referring to something he "took". I can't think of what that could be other than his car back home to wherever.. Jmo
They keep calling it James car but how is that when the initial story said it was Jeffreys??

Happens all the time. MSM update info or redact info.

Every article stated the car was Jeffrey's.

"A witness told police that they saw Rackover put a large duffel bag into a black Mercedes later that night and drive off, according to the complaint. The car, which is registered to Jeffrey Rackover, was picked up on cameras in the Holland Tunnel headed to New Jersey at about 9:45 p.m. and returning to the city at about 3 a.m. on Nov. 14, the DA said."

I wonder what the motive was? It states his male friends stayed behind, it was the females that left. Also I don't think it was the victim returning at 730am, I think it was the suspect. Jmo.

More recent article:

Cadaver dogs later “alerted” on the car’s trunk area, the complaint says.

The complaint says a black 2015 Mercedes Benz is registered to Jeffrey Rackover, who also lives in the complex, but in a different apartment. James Rackover told investigators Jeffrey is his father. A family friend told CBS New York that Jeffrey Rackover, a celebrity jeweler, adopted the “troubled” younger Rackover and “took him under his wing.”

Hello - I was looking for answers to your question about LD having a DL. While I can't say his DL status, I did find the VINs on two cars that he had purchased - 2008 Jeep and 2012 Benz M-Class, more details at: http://vin.place/vin/lawrence-dilione.88808692.html

Thanks. I wonder if it was black? .The press said it was James car, though later said it was Jeffreys Which I feel us a lie right there.

They also said "the man", who later turned out to Larry, was puthing bags in HIS car. We now have proof Larry owns a Mercedes thanks to you. Happy Holidays to everyone.

Snip

Police believe Rackover, who has been indicted by a grand jury in connection to the murder, was the person who stabbed Comunale to death. Dilione and Rackover both face several charges, including one for disposing of the body but have not been hit with murder charges.

I think we should all read this a few times over and attempt to digest it. There's a reason Rackover remains at Ricker's:

There are 2 Larrry Dilione's. Sr and Jr. I'l bet the Mercedes belongs to Sr. Also any car that James Rackover was driving probably belonged to Jeffrey Rackover.
