Where has it been reported that Larry was on tape with bags?
The man" seen on tape with bags was immediately taken into custody. I've deduced that Larry was the "The man" because he was first in custody leading to the confession of were Joey was. That's where the wording got tricky.. He was also called party attendee and cooperative witness.. Soo?? Moo

IMO That language is confusing- because technically if the man with bags was immediately taken into custody then how did said man assist in burying the body 50 or so miles away at the same time??

I think they are going to switch tacts and pin everything on Dilione. He was stupid enough to confess. They can try any legal wrangling to throw it out but as they say "You can't unring the bell" I feel whomever is running this show doesn't care as long as the precious Gemma is saved imo

When is the next scheduled court date? I wrote it down but have misplaced the paper.

I think it's because they don't want to admit they have it on video and because this whole case is a complete cluster you know what. "The tangled web they weaved when they practiced to deceive" imo

Do you have a link to that website that shows the picture? I have been at Gilded Lily and 1 OAK before both at their VIP areas... Thanks

Hopefully I don't post anything that will get me in trouble lol, but I think I should be in the clear here.

If you go to Joeys Instagram account you can locate the picture from pictures he was tagged in. In the picture dated November 13th which would be anytime after midnight so we can't really figure what time it was exactly, you can in fact see that Joey is at the Gilded Lily. Now this is just going off of speculation that this was in fact that night/morning.

If I'm violating any TOS, which I don't think I am, sorry and I understand removal of my post

IIRC didn't James say he and Jeffrey watched something together on Sunday at his place very early on? Also, the fuzziness about where James went to sleep after the girls left. I think he was in his place and the rest happened upstairs. Gemma looks the most scared and guilty, Larry looks angry about being involved and James looks truly bewildered, not to mention his statements.. MOO

  • #348
Also I dont think James had anything to do with this... Despite his shady past, he has it SET with Jeffrey... Why blow it??? Max is the one to start with... And I bet it will end with him...

I disagree with you that James didn't have anything to do with it. Here's why..He was seen loading the trunk with a duffel bag(?) then later, 3:15 am, exiting the vehicle Joeys body was believed to be transferred to Oceanport in. Police dogs reportedly "alerted" on that said vehicles trunk area.

I strongly believe that any witness accounts from that building are going to be accurate. People in that building know who is who that lives there and in my opinion wouldn't confuse James with Larry or Max.

However I do agree with you about Max Gemma, something is wayyyy off about his story/alibi. Doesn't add up!

How could someone be seen moving "very heavy" trash bags, on video, admitting to burying the body yet people are still talking about the non existent suitcases and duffel bag? To me, the body transport anyway, is obviously Dilione, if not Gemma also. I don't believe a word of hearsay from anyone pertaining to this case. MOO

Donna7777,
This is MOO, but as I stated in my post yesterday what I think happened is that JR & LD planned to take Joey out of the bldg in suitcases, which is why they called for the cart. I think they couldn't fit him into hard cover suitcases so they put him in the duffle bag. I think they realized that because of the soft, unstructured fabric of the duffle bag, one could make out the shape of Joey's body in there. They probably threw him out the window to avoid being seen with something that looks like a body. I believe they put empty suitcases on the cart because it would be odd and suspicious to call for a cart and return it with nothing on it. It's JMO but I don't think we hear anything about the suitcases because Joey wasn't in there. In other words, the suitcases were just props to justify calling for the cart when they realized they couldn't use it to bring Joey's body out the front door. JMO

@Freddie246 I can't get past the camera tampering and the video footage the the man and the garbage bags. There would be no reason to risk everything and screw around in the basement.

I feel Joey was in those bags, pre suitcase and duffel bag dribble, because he was dismembered and put down the garbage chute. It is horrific and I'm sorry to type it, but it's moo.

I don't know if anyone is getting what I'm saying but there were a lot of people at the burial site and the word was he was severed, than he probably was. I disregard every thing said and printed after James arrest. Jmoo

I feel anyone that would tamper with and bury a corpse is probably 99% responsible for the death.

I can't help that I'm getting a paid hit vibe, yet they didn't foresee all the problems they encountered. How will TPTB back peddle out of this mess?

I know NYer's are probably all a buzz about this and I'm sure they are aware of this. Some people do pay attention.

If you read thread one, it will click in your head on who really did what. They are probably trying to wear James down by leaving him at Rikers Island. He may be a hustler, but if he didn't do this, it's pretty sad jmo

I wish I could see what the basement looks like. I wonder if there is a laundry area down there also? 5

Could they have pretended to do laundry and brought the duffle bag down there on the luggage rack? Then maybe they veered over to garbage area and tampered with the camera before retrieving Joey?

Maybe there was blood on the luggage rack from that and they decided to add that to the James and suitcase story.

Maybe one of the comedian cops joked about asking how long they keep the tapes and decided to throw that comment in. This might not be so funny when they have to produce the basement videos.. Moo

I have read some early articles and not one mention of a suitcase. I can't bring myself to watch the Pat C interview again but I distinctly remember him saying that people wouldn't believe the horror that Joey went through up there, so that's another reason I feel it was very gruesome.

There is no way Pat will let the real killers off. If he's seen the video, than he knows. Someone must be putting the fear of God into the people at the burial site and scene because no one is talking.

Does anyone else have a scenario they think might have have happened? It's interesting to other takes on what's being fed to us and how people perceiving it. I shared the horror I feel unfolded, I wish others would also. It's all just hunches, so you really can't go wrong. I noticed Max is now 29 and most articles updated it, so they are staying on top of it. Jmoo

We can only make guesses until these guys go to trial... The defendants have the best lawyers money can buy so those lawyers are going to make sure nothing gets outed to the public... Look at Jeffrey Rackover... We havent heard anything from him... He is embarrassed right now and needs to maintain his sense of pride... We are not hearing from the girls at all... Probably because the lawyers want to keep a muzzle on them before trial... The defendants including Jeffrey Rackover are upper class individuals.. We have another individual who was someone's boy toy... Lot of players here so until trial we can only leave it up conjecture...

Wasn't it reported that the police took the carts into custody due to blood stains on them?

Yes they did. Duffle bags are usually made of nylon or some other soft fabric & I think when they put Joey in the duffle bag on the cart some blood leaked out. Jmo
