THANK YOU BODHI! I haven't been making any mental leaps in this case in a while and I think you just nailed it!

I never really believed the drifter thing, it doesn't add up at all. I believe there was someone else in the house, otherwise the word party never would have been used or repeated by police. If there was a person who "left the area" they would still have been questioned and we would have known about that!

So who else was questioned in this case ... hmmm ... and questioned "a number of times" CPH. Something that struck me as odd from the first time I heard CPH make a statement, I'm sure you will all remember it (or can find it) was CPH use of the word "libelous". As soon as I heard that word I chuckled and said to my girlfriend, "who uses the word libelous?" It reminded me of the way my father speaks...because my father is a criminal attorney. I said who is this guy a lawyer (this is before I knew anything of CPH) when I learned he was a doctor I still found it odd that his (immediate) vocabulary contained the word libelous. That is a term only lawyers keep in the front of there medula I quickly deduced that this fellow was already well "lawyered up" and that his attorneys had been telling him and everyone else that they can not say CPH was in anyway involved otherwise said attorneys will SUE for defamation. The SCPD knows the law and if CPH attorneys communicated to SCPD that they better not mention his name or they will sue for libel... then guess what, the SCPD can't name CPH as a POI, suspect, or use his name in connection to anything else that could harm his multimillion dollar reputation... that is the definition of libelous.

so thank you very much bodhi!! you just filled in my only missing piece; CPH's direct connection to that night. CPH was there and everybody inside knows, they just can't say. JB was able to piece it together by the time he was talking to the media "the truth will come out" he just can't say what the truth his because he will be sued too and he knows it. Without actual proof - it's slander so the police told JB he has to wait until they have the proof they need.

CPH let's his lawyers speak for him just like he lets his wife speak for him when he cowers in his home. That is what guilty people do. And that look on his face, I understand exactly what it is now:

Stepping out on a limb here but it seems like this is the work of organized gangs or criminals and that the so-called "boyfriends" and "bodyguards" may be the scapegoats in some of the recent murders of "working women" in LI.

Could it be that the girls are pulled into the business to prostitute themselves and/or run scams and the young men to be pimps/BFs, enforcers, drivers/bodyguards, drug dealers, etc. If the male UIDs are identified it might shine a clearer light on the entire picture. My guess is that they will have been in the business at least peripherally.

I found the same thing for that name and it was also connected to a company in the Republic of Georgia that's involved in "production, trade and services..." as well as "rental properties, apartments & commercial properties" (which got my attention since JB is in the business as well). Here is the link for that company (translated by google). In the original version it seems to list their birthdates beside their names. This one in particular has a b-date of Feb 27, 1984 (that would make him 27)...

Again... don't know if there is a connection, just speculating ----

It may be important to note that the term "boyfriend" may be interchangeable with "pimp." The terms "bodyguard/protection" and "driver" may be interchangeable and actually refer to the men (employees of the "boyfriends") and they aren't actually protecting the women but are protecting their boss' commodity. They may be like overseers of the "workers" and there to make sure that the workers get the money and the women/workers back to their "boyfriends."

I really don't believe that SG was completely Independent. It seems that she maybe thought JB could help her get away and that the person she was really afraid of was MP and the man he actually worked/works for. In the case of mr Brown he is the one that photographed the women and put up the ads on Craigslist. (2008)

Maybe MP placed the ads and managed her appointments.

Hi, Nugzster, no need for apologies. I haven't yet seen any compelling reason to connect the multiple sets of corpses. From the aerial view alone, I would imagine that this relatively remote locale would attract killers seeking to dump their poor victims.

As for "Craigslist girls," I think that it has all the weaknesses of an umbrella term. At least one of the women had worked the streets or through escort services and some of them had probably been driven to Craigslist by closer and much less forgiving police surveillance of popular pickup locales. (My immediate neighborhood is a good example: Dozens of sex workers once practiced their trade freely, but I haven't seen one on the street in two years.)

there could be a logistical explanation, such as if he can get an outcall girl to come to his 2nd home/office then the best disguise for moving them is burlap.. "just came back from clamming/fishing" but if he can't get the outcall and goes to a motel room, then you would want to walk out of the motel room with a suitcase.

It also makes perfect sense that if he was now returning home from the motel with a body in a suitcase, that you wouldn't throw a suitcase into the brush off of ocean parkway, it wouldn't blend in at all and could be seen from the bay and sky. Southern state parkway in Bellmore looks like your last chance to litter a suitcase on the road before you get home to oak beach.

I used to think the suitcase dismemberment job in westchester/northshore could be a different SK, but after the proximity of Bellmore to Oak Beach and similarity in using a suitcase etc... I think they are from the same HIGHLY PRODUCTIVE SK. I also now, for the first time, think he is responsible for the AC murders. He must have been "late for dinner" regularly if he has a family at home.

I'm pretty much in agreement - 100%.:twocents: IMHO, we need to go back and study the AC4. And Manorville. I'm convinced that LE has linked Manorville and OB. That said, if the first manorville vic was found in 2000, where was the SK in 2001 and 2002? In 2003 we have JT found. Where was the SK in 2004, 2005? In 2006 SK could have been in AC. 2007 finds MBB missing. Where was SK in 2008? In 2009, we have MW missing. And so on...Over the years our SK seems to have moved up in class to"escorts" as opposed to street girls. Could this mean an increase in income?

This SK would not be the first to change his MO. Ridgeway(Green River Killer) did it -dumped victims in different places and even inserted rocks into them so as to "mislead" LE. JMO, but I think the thing that has not changed with known sexual killers is the way they kill. They seem to practice their chosen method because they like it - it's a part of the fantasy. Strangulation is very personal and can be "controlled"... You choke 'em out, they return and breathe, so the SK can prolong his game. Stranglers can't help but do this IMO.

Do you all think the "burlap"was used because it was convenient? I mean, WHAT DO WE MAKE OF THE BURLAP? A wildlife officer would have cause to patrol the areas...with a burlap bag or two in the trunk to pick up dead carcasses...A fisherman sounds logical for OB but not for Manorville.

Just saying, they may have been held against their will for at least the last few weeks of their lives. We know that all of them were taken, held and killed, presumably, against their will.

No conspiracy theories here; just putting together the pieces and not sure why so many people are hellbent on this being ONE SK as opposed to some of these murders being attributable to organized sex trade retaliation killings. It has been happening since records of such came into existence.

If the women were held for some length of time and then killed then it would have been easy to dump them all at once. No one has stated how long any of the GB4 were out in the elements, the times of deaths or the exact causes of death...with the exception of some reports that said one was strangled with a ligature left, presumably, on her (neck.)

The coincidence that a Craigslist prostitute went missing (and he was the John) when 4 others also went missing and their bodies found there is too coincidental for me.....but, I'm just an old lady & I guess it's hard for me to fathom how widespread prostitution or prostitution via Craigslist really is....could there be several others there on Long Island who make use of Craigslist prostitutes? I don't know.

And then we have the "famous" monsignor living just across the street....who also has an apartment in Manhattan, and who's also linked to Merrick, NY ....who has a history of sexual abuse....is sharp/well versed in the law (and the Suffolk county Grand Jury stated he had a "cautious but relentless pursuit of victims") making me wonder if he's been doing "God's work" by ridding the world of prostitutes 1 at a time...

And then there's the ER doctor, living near the gate, who just happens to put his property up for sale in July 2010...whose brother resides in Hauppauge which is one of the linked hot spots in this case. And he's worked at several medical facilities in/around New York. And he has another brother who used to live at Mamaroneck...

And then I found a married man living on The Bayou (just around the bend off Anchor Way) who worked in Manhattan very near the bus station...who worked for a large int'l coffee distributor that shipped their coffee out in 60 kg Hessian (burlap) bags...who then went to work at another Manhattan office at the corner of 5th & 46th St (and 46th St is where Brainard Barnes hotel was) *and* his office was only 3 blocks from Times Square (which is where at least one of the taunting phone calls to Barthelemy's family was made.)

So many possibles.....

So many women being murdered and dumped in LI and the neighboring communities....it is an inordinate number of women even for an urban area. Just disgusting how these people have been treated. The key to solving this is going to be one of the "workers"; be it one of the friends/co-workers, BFs, drivers, or drug dealers...someone who is strong enough and brave enough to give LE the piece they are missing. One of these people probably knows something but is afraid to speak up.

This guy is all over the island. Google his name and www.noreast.com (or go to the fishing reports section of that website and search for his name and you'll see that he fishes all over the island including Captree (ocean parkway). This guy fits the profile and he would have no problem butchering because he's sliced up many shark and tuna carcasses in his lifetime. He's also fished on a boat in Montauk called the Viking. It's one of the boats that sells burlap bags.

Look at the dates of some of his fishing trips. Doesn't appear that he was too upset about her missing if he could go fishing shortly after.
