In the case of Mr Brown, the Queens man who was sentenced for sex trafficking, kidnapping, rape, etc (August 2008 arrested, released and re-arrested in September 2008 and later incarcerated for the crimes) he had two and possibly three "accomplices," one, Isakadze, who is "in the wind" and who may actually be back in Georgia, (Ukraine?) Researching his name, only one was found in the entire US and there is one the same age back in Georgia who actually has a facebook page and could possibly be affiliated with a hotel chain.
At any rate, Isakadze's only address listed was in Springfield Gardens, NY which is within just a couple miles of the body dumps of both Mrs. Rush and the other UID woman, in the laundry bag (2008).
Not saying that any of these are related to the GB4 but!!!!
it certainly lends credence to the fact that if there are several pimps killing off runaway or independent prostitutes they all seem to use the same techniques of killing and/or dismembering them, stuffing them inside of something and tossing them along the side of Brooklyn, LI and NY highways and parkways...or doing the same and leaving them in parks or in the water. IT really seems like any women who is found brutally murdered, stuffed inside of a container and dumped on the side of the road may be a victim of a common practice employed by people in authority within the prostitution/sex trade industry. Hard to say if it is just a common practice of individual pimps or the work of organized crimes or gangs. Brown was investigated by the Queens Gang Unit so maybe there is a ring that uses these practices.
It seems like there may be one SK for the GB4 (possibly a second for AC) yet an industry-wide practice being employed for the majority of the OB, Manorville, Wilmington, NC, Daytona Beach, FLA victims, the list goes on and on.

"Both men were arrested on August 24. Unfortunately the victim ran away and both criminals were released. Later, on September, an investigation revealed that Devon Gordon, 27, Browns brother paid the victims silence and hid her. Gordon was sentenced to a conditional release. Isakadze remains at large and wanted for rape and forcing into prostitution charges."

authorities learned that the victim had run away. Unable to locate the victim and proceed with the case in a timely fashion, the Court was forced to release the defendants without bail pursuant to Criminal Procedure Law 180.80. The
victim was subsequently found on Sept. 23, 2008, when she was arrested on a charge of loitering for the purposes of prostitution. A joint investigation by the New York City Police Department and the Queens District Attorneys Office revealed that Browns brother, Devon Gordon, 27, of 60 Rahme Avenue in East Rockaway, L.I., had paid the victim not to testify and then hid her.
Gordon has since pleaded guilty to tampering with a witness and was sentenced to a conditional discharge.
