NEW PALTZ State police at the Highland Barracks are seeking help from the public to locate a 48-year-old Town of New Paltz man who was last seen in December.
Nacom Romero, whose last known address was 577 State Route 32 in the Town of New Paltz, was last seen at his house during the first week of December. Police said Romero is an avid hiker and outdoorsman who likes to frequent areas along the Wallkill River in New Paltz and the Rondout River in Rosendale.
Romero was described as a white, Hispanic male. Hes about 5 feet 8 inches tall, and weighs about 180 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
