The article is a little confusing to me, regarding jurisdictions involved (I'm from western NY originally).

Feels like we're hearing versions of this story over & over & over again...Carnation, Washington and Adam Herrman and Zahra Baker and Savannah Leckie and Faith Cannon in Belize and now this child.

What can we do to protect parental rights and children's rights?

May someone love these two kids fiercely & protect them!
