I think very unusual for an ongoing investigation. Didn't he say today yes she told us about the murdering her husband plan? Wouldn't that affect the jury pool if she is charged with that and goes to trial?

I don't belive for one second that they don't know who else she called and are only just now getting a subpoena for the phone records. This is a very calculated laying down of the "facts". They released the daughter info because they believe that is not where they headed or who has helped them. I think that the other phone calls are "possibilities " and those persons are being monitored very carefully.

I posted prior these 2 could be deceased in that thick, dense area. No scent for the dogs unless they are using cadaver dogs and heat sensors would be of no use as well. I've been wondering too if one or both of them didn't perish. Nighttime temps were in 30's the day after they escaped. And then it started raining. Cold and wet, maybe no food. Did one or both fall ill?

I thought of that but then I thought leather work gloves would be better for working with your hands. I think speed gloves would be like very stiff mittens and hard to use with tools. I wonder if they had access to punching bags in the gym.

My speed gloves don't have fingertips. The padding is only for the hand.

If these characters, either together or apart, thought they were done for, I wonder if their thoughts would turn to suicide as an alternative to being back behind bars for the rest of their lives.

Good point! Could they alter them in any way at the Tailor Shop to make them more useable to work with tools?

My speed gloves don't have fingertips. The padding is only for the hand.

That sounds like it would help you not get any blisters when hacksawing away on thick metal while still allowing you to handle the hacksaw. JMO
