She told police that the baby was born alive. She saw her move a little, heard her gurgle and heard her cry.

Kippen: “Richardson told police she “squeezed the baby too hard” and may have killed it.

Upon learning she was pregnant, Brooke said she could not have the baby. Docs put her on suicide checks. Doc later tried to get her back into the office for checks.
@journalnews

Mother Kim was obsessed with Brooke's appearance and constantly monitored her weight, Knippen says. OBGYN office accidently sent email to mother about the pregnancy to mother
@journalnews

"She did nothing," Knippen says about any plans Brooke might have made for the baby after learning she was pregnant.
@journalnews

Brooke did search the internet on "how to get rid of a baby." Knippen says.

yeah but wouldn't she save them as a keepsake. i think she put her in the fire pit but then decided to bury her instead ( that's why the baby had ashes on her) By the way how did all of this go unnoticed by anyone in the family. they all must be very sound sleepers.

How large is their house? I can't even sneeze at night without waking the whole house up, let alone give birth. I'm speechless that she managed to go to the gym only hours later. Birth hurts and she would have been bleeding.

Is she going to testify?

When cramping began days before, she still told no one. Knippen says Brooke committed "the perfect crime." When she delivered the baby in the dark by herself, then went to sleep at 5 a.m.
@journalnews

That night she went to the gym an worked out, then started filming her weigh loss, Knippen says. "She went back to her perfect life."
@journalnews

Until July 2017 when Brooke went to the OBGYN office for birth control refill. Was confronted about no longer being pregnant. Told the doc, she had a stillborn child.
@journalnews

But because of the suspect circumstances police were contacted. The baby's remains were recovered. Knippen said Brooke admitted the baby was alive for about 5 minutes and the she may have squeezed her too tight.

And there are the skull fractures.

Knippen says the defense's argument that the baby was not burned is false. The bones were not charred, but that doesn't mean the flesh was not. The baby's death has been ruled a homicide of an undetermined orgin
@journalnews

Knippen says Brooke's baby "was never going to see the light of day." When she could now longer conceal her pregnancy, she destroyed all evidence of her daughter.

Cannot believe anyone is defending this cold blooded baby murderer. More concerned with her own figure and “cuteness” factor.

She could have given the sweet baby girl to someone who would love and cherish her.

Lock her up and throw away the key.

MOO

Up now openings of defense, Charles M Rittgers
@journalnews

In April 2017, Richardson did not know for sure she was pregnant, Rittgers says. She had her suspicions.
@journalnews

Rittgers says Richardson reacted appropriatly when she found out she was pregnant.
@journalnews

Rittgers says Richardson suffered from an eating disorder from the age of 12. Her mother now knows cheering her on about weight loss was like "throwing gasoline of fire."

Baby murderers don’t do well in prison. Good think she is so cute.

MOO

Sorry but this makes me so angry. A sweet baby killed for the sake of a cheerleader’s vanity.

Oh my gosh just heard that she researched “how to get rid of a baby” online.

I hope she gets the maximum sentence.
she shows no emotion she is a pyschopath. those comments about being so happy and getting her body back after just burying her baby prove it

I’m not sure of the square footage of the home but it looks like a 4 bedroom two-story.

Here’s a couple of photos, front and back of their house.

Rittgers, Richardson's menstrual cycle and weight was up and down because of her eating disorder.
@journalnews

Jury seeing a pic of Richardson in her sparkly red prom dress in Feb. 2017 and the day of prom. In both cases, the dress fit, Rittgers said. The baby was small, the defense says.
@journalnews

Richardson's weight varied 30 to 40 pounds her entire life. "The people around her did not know she as pregnant."
@journalnews

Richardson was told by the doc that she would deliver the baby within 10 weeks, based on the size of the baby. "So, she thought she had time," Rittgers says.
@journalnews

At prom, Richardson was having crams, but she does not realize it is the baby,
@journalnews

Richardson delivers a baby in the toliet, it is white.
