I just got done following the Christine Banfield case and this happens. Apparently there are rumors he was having an affair?

Is he having a bloody laugh? What a despicable thing to say in the circumstances.

What about the part where he said if his wife had blonde hair she would look just like CU (past AI winner)? I was not shocked to see that his wife looks nothing like CU. I immediately thought that he had some issues with reality and perception. His wife was adorable, to be clear but I don't think she resembled her in the slightest. Was that his fantasy? Curious to see who looks like who in the future. KWIM?

Yeah, it almost sounds like that the only point of a female to exist is to be pretty.
Or like he chooses a life partner based on "is she pretty".
Or like he thinks love = I like how she looks.
In his head, all three might be like that, though.

I thought he sounded like a child in that interview.

I thought the same thing. I didn’t see CU one bit. But, he seems a bit delusional anyhow.

I doubt anyone else was actively involved in the plan, but I fully believe that digital evidence from phone or computer will eventually show that someone else was aware of it, and likely knew when the murder was about to happen, and perhaps even that it had. JMO

I doubt anyone else was actively involved in the plan, but I fully believe that digital evidence from phone or computer will eventually show that someone else was aware of it, and likely knew when the murder was about to happen, and perhaps even that it had. JMO

My own thinking is that there was likely someone else he was involved with and that he may have promised that person that he would leave his wife and be with her, but I have doubts as to whether or not that person knew that he would murder his wife. Just my opinion at this stage of the case. I do think we will know soon who the other person is. I wonder if it is someone involved with his music ministry in the church, a younger person.
