Well, we know what he didn't do with it. (Turn it on himself)
And thankfully, he didn't use it on the kids either.

Defense submits motion in Tipp City murder case

March 3, 2026 - 6:21PM

Attorneys representing the Tipp City man accused of murdering his wife have moved to limit public access to the case.

[…]

The motion also requested that law enforcement not share any details about the case, which would include, but would not be limited to, Tipp City Police, the Miami County Sheriff’s Department, the Miami County Prosecutor’s Office and the FBI.

If the motion passes, any public information about the case would be restricted until it’s fully resolved.

Of course he wants to limit public access. He prefers private conversations with zero accountability and no opportunity to be challenged. Loser.

Is it normal to make a motion like this with no justification given?

The public are, by default, entitled to public information, so I’d think that a successful motion to restrict access to public information would provide the grounds on which the motion is made, but maybe not?
