You can go back and edit the post and fix her name; you should find a button that says "edit" underneath it. If you decide to. :seeya:

GGE,

Woodville Rd. near Miami St is the area under the High Level Bridge that police were searching. The wooded area is here between Miami and the river.

Boers-Boyer Way runs off of Cherry St/Main St ( Cherry & Main are the same road - it just changes names as you come across the Cherry St (now called MLK) bridge. This area is all International Park. Boers-Boyer Way is the access road into the park.

I moved the marker for Woodville rd near Miami street into the wooded area there. Hopefully that's good now. :)

Should I note that all of International Park has been thoroughly searched? Wanting to make sure I don't make a mistake.

Does anyone know what street SK was found on after going out the back door? I would like to add it to the map if possible. It seems like one of the most important pieces of information at this time that we could have, and don't - Thank you!

He was found on Prentice street, and it was after he was found that he ended up on the neighbor's porch throwing up.

Unfortunately I know someone who's had issues. The vomiting in this person's case was from going without when badly "needing" some, though.

Then again, I surely do not claim to know much about this drug but what I had to deal with against my will.

ALL Just my Humble Opinion and not one that I can back up with very much, thankfully in this case.

I posted a very similar thing. Usually, vomiting by a drug addict indicates they NEED a fix. Sadly, I saw that first hand and not by choice, as well.

Well, I'm really glad that you found this site! If we can help you with reaching out to the media please let us know. You can message me or click the link in my sig and find my Facebook if you need help getting emails composed or anything at all!

Thanks! My SIL-cherubcollector- gave me the idea to google her name and see how many results came up, and your site was on the first page. I started reading the threads through, and realized I really needed to correct the speculations I was reading. So, here I am!

Ferretmommy,
I thought the police took their electronics to search the history?

On the map it looks as if there is a swimming pool at the house she went missing from. I assume it was looked at immediately, right? Sorry, had to ask.

I'm glad you're here but I can't imagine how hard some of these threads are for family to read. We are used to seeing the worst here and it is hard not to become jaded. The TOS here serve to keep the speculation and rumors under control but it still has to be difficult for family members to happen upon. We all share the common goal of wanting Elaina home though!

Ferretmommy,

Yes, TJ said they took his and Angela's phones to check them, don't know if Steven had one or not. But we were not told of the results of Angela's history, nor if they found any helpful info.

Yes, there was some type of pool in the backyard, I do not know the size or depth though. That was the first place Steve Sr. said they checked.

I am now going offline, I need to sit back and try to think and get some sleep for now. I do not have internet access while I'm at the vacant lot, I've been trying to be home before 6 pm every day to watch for news updates and catch up on posts here, so I'll be back tomorrow evening, hopefully with good news!

Unfortunately, I know too much about heroin because I've dealt w/ a loved one for many years who's an addict (clean now). Anyways, I do know that shortly after shooting up/snorting the person does throw up and gets sick. Then after that, they get their high, with eyes rolling and the nodding off.

I have read everything trying to catch up. So sorry this is happening to your family.
I was wondering...Do you know if they brought dogs into the home? I'm sorry to suggest the possibility that she may not have been alive that morning or could have been severely injured and therefore was quiet and could have been hidden inside the home somehow? I just can't figure out where she could have been taken so quickly and no one saw? That's what keeps me wondering about the inside of that home? If she had been severely injured she may not have been able to cry out.
I'm so sorry to even type this but have wondered about the dogs going inside the home?

Terry "verbally persuaded" her to go get her, she went into the house.

At this time, Steven was in the house already, his mother & father were also on the porch.

Angela was in the house for approx. 5-10 minutes,

Steven's dad sent his mother in the house to see what was taking so long.

TJ & Terry Sr. then heard Angela start screaming and crying that she wouldn't give the baby to him, she'll never see her again.

This went on for about 15-20 minutes,

then everything got quiet.

At that point, Angela came running out the front door saying "Elaina is gone!"

SBM - just wanting to look carefully at the events here and make sure I'm picturing this all correctly.

So.. Steven is inside. Then Angela goes inside and is in there for 5-10 minutes (not screaming and crying - and apparently not checking on Elaina either, even though she's supposed to be fetching her - I say this because she didn't freak out about her baby being missing until half an hour after she went inside).

Then Steven's mom goes inside, too. THEN Angela screams and cries, telling Steven's mother that if she gives her baby to TJ she'll never get to see her again, and spends a good 15-20 minutes carrying on to Steven/Steven's mom about this fact. Then it gets quiet, Steven slips out at some point in this time frame, and then Angela comes out saying the baby is missing.

Maybe Steven's mother could give some insight as to what happened while Angela was sobbing and having this little heart to heart about her strong need to be a mother. That would be difficult for me to witness, personally... I'd feel so bad and sympathetic, imagining how I'd feel if someone was about to take my baby from me forever. I'd like to think that I'd never in a million years consider being an accomplice to a parental kidnapping, though, and I"m sure that isn't what happened here either. So I just can't reconcile how this child went missing while Steven, AND Angela, AND Steven's mother were inside.

I'm so confused. And mean no disrespect, and all is IMHO, etc... I just find it implausible that there could be people in the same house as a kidnapper and not notice it.

Is it at all possible the baby was being extra-fussy because of her thrust (which I have never heard of before and sounds awful), and someone gave her something like Benadryl or some kid's medicine that would make her sleepy so she'd be quiet but gave her too much & made the baby OD? This could have happened well before dad came to get the baby and she could have been hidden to cover whoever ODed her's behind.

A friend of our family's son's baby's mother (geesh what a mouthful) gave her toddler too much of some kind of OTC baby medicine years ago. She was trying to get him to go to sleep. She gave him so much, later on he wouldn't wake up. She immediately took him to the ER; he was treated, survived, and is now a thriving elementary school student.

Everyone in our families' circle of friends was scandalized that this girl had (unintentionally) overdosed her baby on OTC kids meds to get him to sleep so she could have some peace and quiet. As bad of a decision as that was, I say thank goodness she realized he wasn't going to wake up and rushed him to the ER. Thank goodness she was more scared for her child's well-being than any trouble she might get in and any criticism she'd get from the dad's family & community. I could easily see someone else being more concerned for whatever consequences & criticisms they may face than for their child in a similiar situation, especially if the child was already deceased or appeared to be deceased.

My guess is that they brought her away long before TJ came round to get the girls. Sunday night, Sunday morning perhaps. And everything that was witnessed and heard by TJ and his father Sunday afternoon was just an act.

Maybe Kylee could shed some light on when she last saw Elaine. I assume LE might have found that out from her already. She said she was sleeping with Elaine on the floor Sunday night, wonder if Elaine was still beside her when she woke up.

Yup, I thought the same thing about the Benadryl OD possibility. I believe that would require more than accidental double dosing though, as per another member's post in response to mine about the topic a couple of pages back.

Oral Thrush is just an oral yeast infection, btw, to anyone who's wondering. Kinda sounds gross that way but then that might just be my slightly immature side showing. (no offense, I mean my own son had it and he breastfed so you can guess that I got it too, I'm not trying to be rude or anything, I just think "yeast infection" and "gross" are commonly associated words... I'm not making this better... Foot In Mouth Syndrome strikes again.)

um. I just had a horrible thought. One time back in the late 90s I had a hair appointment at a local mall beauty salon and the hairdresser whose chair was next to the one I was sitting in looked very familiar to me but I didnt' know why. Listening to her talk to the lady who was doing my hair while my hair was getting done, I realized why - this was the sister of a girl who lived upstairs from me at the time. These ladies spent my appointment talking about how my neighbor, the one girl's sister, had a "funny" moment recently when her toddler picked up a packet from the dresser and said "Mommy's coke".

ok everything else aside (because clearly that incident could prompt a lot of commentary) - what if E. got into something? *praying so hard that's not the case*

Wouldn't it be Saturday night- as she went missing Sunday?
