I think it's ridiculous that Judge Deering actually allowed "the actual Grand Jury proceedings" to be on trial yesterday in his courtroom. Proceedings which are secret for good reasons in the judicial realm. He allowed testimony describing those proceedings. I am awed, as I know many of you are. All my humble opinion.

It's very clear that Gerlach is vague to the point of no end, in his motions. And the judge tries to appear surprised. This isn't the first time these attorneys have been before these judges or heard or read up on each other. JMO

One more post and I'll give it a rest. During the bond revocation motion explanation, the prosecution stresses the importance of RN's name mentioned in the 4 W's indictments. Going to listen to Part 2 now. All JMO

They will just call somebody else's house like FW's.

Hey welcome to WS and the Rhoden/Gilley forum. Some posters have been posting on here for 3 years and 4 months. I wish I had been on here back then when they were theorizing over who had committed such heinous, cowardly, incredibly evil acts of psychotic vengeance on 8 awesome people.

Now that Fred is not charged anymore I wonder if she can talk to any of them?
Rita was "taken in" (controlled) by Angela over the phone calls but Angie could NEVER pull that with Fred in my opinion. There is no way Fred would have jeopardized her bond--like Rita did---just to please Angie.

There is a MSM article that says Fred likes to be in control of every situation and that includes Angie and not the other way around. It pays for Angie to toe the line with Fred, after all, who puts money into her commissary and pays for all those calls? Every call cost money, every one of them...2 Cents.....

IMO, FW is alive and still running this show, or at least, parts of it. I don't see RN ever standing against the Ws, any of them. The very fact that Angela told her not to testify against them speaks volumes. JMO

IMO, it is pretty sad when the Special Prosecutor has to object to testimony being presented against the Grand Jury and the Judge allows it.

Judge to decide whether to send grandma back to jail in Pike Co. massacre
[from this article] "Angela is believed to be the mastermind of the conspiracy."

I've always thought this, but have never seen it in print before; JMO, because I can't explain any concrete reason why I think the murders were AW's idea and under her organization.

I believe that AW and JW were the masterminds. I could give you many reasons for AW and I firmly believe that JW kicked her door in and probably committed domestic violence against HR. JMO.

She is disrespectful in other ways, and probably that carries over to how her children disrespect the court orders. For example, her manner of dress tells me she has little concern for decorum. There's no reason to enter a courtroom wearing jeans and a tee-shirt

JMO, but BW is the least respectful person that I have ever seen in court.

It's hard for me to figure out if I would want to be the 1st one on trial with him being the last one on trial.

He acts initmidating and says crazy things. JMO>

Did any of the phone calls get played in open court and I missed them? Are they anywhere to listen to?

No. They were not played in public. There is no way to listen. Not even sure if the gallery was emptied or if they were listened to in chambers

The grinning that AW and JW did through all but the last pretrial AW had was the most disrespectful thing in my opinion. And FW wearing dark glasses in the courtroom at the defense table was just totally disrespectful.
This is MHO.

Sorry, I had a question, but answered it. I missed HR at the end. How I'm not sure. Tired eyes I guess.

Yes FW can talk to anyone. Her attorney was still under a gag order to not talk to media or anyone about the case. But I don't think FW was. I'd have to listed to her last day in court again.

Allowing RN to continue to remain unsupervised at home remains a big risk. I don't know how the judge is going to control the phone calls between her and AW in real time. Anyone familiar with jails know how they can do this? Do inmates have to reveal who they're calling before they're allowed to place a call?

From my experience with a detained relative, all of her calls from me or any outgoing callse were recorded by the prison contractor, for which we had to prepay an exorbitant price. We were told they would be recorded and that the prosecutor could use every word. Yes, the prison supervisors and the prosecutors know exactly who is called or is calling.

It's hubris for a person on house arrest to imagine she has any more privacy than a jailed person. JMO/MOO

Why couldn't Fred talk to them? Her charges have been dropped or stayed or whatever but why wouldn't she have that right to speak to her relatives?

Rita just violated parole twice and she is still free and possibly talking so why can't Fred when she is free?

I'm not sure they aren't interested in prosecuting RN. She's been charged with 3 counts of forgery, one count of perjury and one count of obstructing justice. She is also named in Count #22 of the other W indictments - Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity. Fredericka Wagner and "John Doe" are also named in those charges. So even though that charge might not be listed in her charging documents, it could be brought at some future date, JMO.

https://www.ohioattorneygeneral.gov...Prosecutions/PikeCountyMurderIndictments.aspx

Her trial is also set for October 21 and has been scheduled for 4 days, possibly 5.

Doesn't sound to me like she's getting out of anything. JMO

I'm willing to bet this is not the first time RN has forged and/or notarized false documents.

Perhaps that is why she is included in count # 22, "engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity". Whatever the "corrupt activity" all six participated in might involve forged and notarized documents. To think of a few, vehicle
titles/mileage, pure bred animal papers, the list goes on.

If RN's trial is first and she is found guilty, that establishes the fact she is a notary and is willing to falsify documents.

Just thinking out loud and trying to figure out a scenerio that would make the puzzle pieces fit togethero_O:D

JMO, MOO and insomnia.

I think that she possibly acquired dogs from pounds and then sold them as pure bred too. IDK tho.

Maybe they should just revoke her phone privileges. That would solve the problem. She can always write letters.

I think the prosecution probably got a lot of interesting and useful information by listening in and letting the phone calls go on for so long.

I can't figure out why the W4 didn't assume every single phone call made from a jail phone would be recorded. They must not have covered that in the movie............

Very disappointed in this judge! I sat in disbelief! She is not a 2 yr old and shouldn't be told 3 times. People that live in that area need to remember all this during re-election time. SMH

I feel like I'm at the grocery store listening to a Mom or Dad repeat themselves over and over, as they start counting AGAIN 1....2.....3.....4....
