My summary of the Discovery docs for the 4 Ws:

Batch 1 - Begins with 911 calls, ends with 3D scans. Total 2448 pp; 2 videos; 18 audio files; 2 3D scans. JW 12/20/18, first filed. GWIV 1/7; AW 1/7 filed next. GWIII 1/17 filed next, contains Batch 1 and 2 - two different discovery documents - one named as Discovery Folder (12/20/18) and one named as Discovery Folder (1/17/19). Only Billy's first part, 2448 pages applies here (the first Folder).

Batch 2 - Begins with 260 Peterson Rd, ends with Wal-Mart photos. Total 2665 pages, 1 video. GWIII, filed 1/17/19 in the second half, Discovery Folder (1-17-19). 1/17/19 JW filed. 1/17/19 GWIV filed. 3/20/19 AW filed (as first part of her Discovery filed on that date. The other part is Jake's 12/20 filed for AW on 3/20.)

Batch 3 - Begins with Amazon Records, Total 327 Files, 5373 Folders (547 gigabytes). 3/20/29 AW filed. No docket entries showing this batch was shared with the other 3 Ws, but some SM articles.

Batch 4 - Begins with BCI Lab Reports CS 16-15195, ends with 19--1294. Total 4401 pp. 4 Ws recd this 6/14/19.

Batch 5 - Begins with BCI Lab Report CS No 17-15710 ends with 17-11826. 396 pp. All 4 Ws received.

Therefore, it is my conclusion Discovery is same for all 4 w's. Please let me know if you find a discrepancy.

CC, here's how I gathered the information. First, I went to the court records and made separate lists for all 4 Ws - listed journal entry dates for each Discovery filed.

(Note: The "first" Discovery for each one is named "Identification of Discovery Provided" and all subsequent discovery documents filed are named "State's Supplemental Discovery."

Secondly, I went to the Media & Timeline link on page 1 of this current thread #52. There, I went to p. 16 and worked backwards to p. 14, printed and compared each Discovery document to the journal entries. I didn't find the discovery document for GWIII filed 1/24/19, but there is a newspaper article that identifies it.

For some reason, I cannot find copies of Bill of Particulars for anyone but Jake. My guess is all these will read the same, with Defendant name changed throughout and the file date stamped will be different.

IMO, this Thanksgiving day 2019 cannot come and go here on WS without remembering why we are here. We fight for justice in the brutal deaths of 7 members of the Rhoden family and Hannah Hazel Gilley, April 22, 2016, and remember their family's tremendous losses on that day.

How many of us mourn the loss of just one family member or two or three, over the past decade, much less 8 in one day? I cannot even imagine.

Thinking of these families today.

Opinion.....The family Bible was missing when Tony went to look for it in the little yellow house next to Chris's big white/barn shed building. Then HR had put KR's name in a Bible saying she was the God parent.

Then DHat said she found a Bible outside and claimed it might be the Rhoden's but she is not reliable, also it could be in one of the trailers. I doubt it's outside by a road, but it is somewhere. If the Wagners found it and didn't want LE to see what was inside it, then they would have burned or buried it.

KR lived in it after his father passed.

After Clarence died, there was no reason for Tony to return to the yellow house. His younger brother, Kenneth, moved in. And his baby brother, Chris, was raising his family just down the road in his own trailer on the same property.

JBB, When I first read that, my speculation was AW got the interior of her SUV redone - MOO - it occurred to me she possibly used it during the murders and it may have had blood or DNA evidence. JMO
