Jmo the really really sad part is that after these trials are over and the guilty are proven guilty, the prosecution is going write books and some will sell stories and their lives will go on and even some will talk about when. But there will be two mothers, a father, brothers, sisters, children without their mothers and a father (meaning all the victims family) they will not be able to go on in the same way no matter what. That is soooo sad for them. I just can’t imagine the hurt for all of them. I can’t understand how someone could be able to live with themselves knowing the ever lasting pain they caused. Jmo

And I don’t know about you guys but I remember where the tattoo got the prosecution in Casey Anthony trial no where. And just as in her case I believe she was responsible somehow of the little girls death but it wasn’t proven in court beyond a reasonable doubt. I believe you need hard facts not just a likelihood George was involved. Jmo the prosecution can’t be reaching for evidence they will need to stick to evidence.

I feel the State should be cautious with the word "never". If the defense can prove the action stated "never happened" did happen at least once, even if it is insignificant in the big picture, it could raise an eyebrow. JMO

Yes they both had dyed their hair black, there used to be a better Facebook photo somewhere of Jake with black hair.

Why dye their hair black right after 8 murders? This photo of GW4 with black hair is dated April 30th 2016.

Who would be thinking about their hair less than a week after the murders of close family friends plus mother of your child etc...?

... 2 Cents ...

CC, I thought they died their hair before the murders? What I found was the "week of the murders," but will have to find the link. JMO

After hearing what we have heard yesterday, does anyone on Websleuth have a ideal why Jake Wagner Smiles So Much At The Judge Like He Thinks Their Best Friends, Jake is truly evil, JMO

IMO, he's proud of the murders. That's the whole point behind the movie. The brothers were vigilantes. EVIL IMO

It's been so long I forgot so maybe they did do it right before.

Makes no sense. So they are building and testing silencers and buying shoes etc...yet stop to dye their hair black?

So Jake and George say they never saw the shoes but after Angie bought them she went out in the parking lot to her black Excursion that she owned and she got into the passenger side so someone else was driving it.

Isn't that weird? Letting your mom/wife be on security camera but you hide out in the car?

I mean if it was Billy or Jake or GW4 driving. Humm...

Things that stand out to me: they all admitted to being at the crime scenes on the night of the murders.

Both brothers dye their hair, presumably before the crimes.

Shoe prints found in blood match the shoe prints of shoes AW was caught on camera buying for her sons. who she says didn’t like them. She ends up throwing them away. Brand new shoes.. thrown away... have you seen her Facebook page she was active in the marketplace, why didn’t she try to sell these new shoes to recoup some of the money?

the trip to Alaska, they brought a shotgun with, but why not any of the other weapons they owned that were apart of the list found in Jakes phone, what were their alibi’s for the missing guns?

I believe that JW posted a photo on his FB of him with SW and a 'friend/relative' asked him if he dyed his hair black and it seemed like maybe it was on the 23rd. He claimed to have tried to dye it brown but it was too dark and said that he done it a few days ago (which would have been before the murders) IIRC.

It’s on record Jake was trying to coerce Hanna into going to Alaska with him right? They mentioned it during the bond hearing recently. She made it adamantly clear she wasn’t interested.

BUT:

Rhoden family massacre: Wagner family tries to make new home in Alaska

“Really the point to moving up here was to basically get into a better environment so they wouldn’t talk about us. Sophia is getting older, so she wouldn’t hear it,” Jake Wagner said last week, standing on the family’s front porch in a cool early evening drizzle. “And then it followed us here.

Caught in a lie!

Interesting that AC mentioned "tattoos" in her closing request to Judge Deering Monday. IMO, there are more than Billy's.

Research of The Boondock Saints movies and Troy Duffy.

GW4 greatly resembles TROY DUFFY.

One of the brothers had a tattoo of Christ's nailed feet on his back and the other one had Christ's upper torso and face on his back.

Brothers were Irish Catholic.

After researching Troy Duffy (who greatly resembles GWIV) and the history and making of The Boondock Saints and its sequel, I shudder to think of a family (Wagners) who actually commit 8 murders after getting off on this violent, warped 🤬🤬🤬 movie. It's obvious from all we've learned (All Saints Day competition in Lucasville, etc.) sponsored by the Wagners, that this family is deeply disturbed, and that's why they related to this movie. OPINION

Does anyone know if Jake has Toureete's syndrome (a twitch) which is displayed in most hearings and/or if Billy has a stutter? Other things in common with the movie.

16 Dark Secrets You Didn't Know About The Boondock Saints

And many other links

All just my opinion on why they loved the movie so much.

Oh. And it's a CULT Classic.

And remember AC saying they were cult like?

What? When did they ever admit to being at the crime scenes that night? They all said they were at 260 Peterson Rd. that night.

Can anyone please get us a copy of the Final Discovery posted in GW4's case 8/31/2020? TY

What? When did they ever admit to being at the crime scenes that night? They all said they were at 260 Peterson Rd. that night.

Right, the Wagners said (I think including Billy who actually didn't live there) that they were at their Peterson Rd. (Defiance Farms) property that night. GW4 said his bedroom was positioned to where he could not have snuck out undetected, what relevance that has to do with anything I do not know.

Fred said this:

A matriarch's fight: Fredericka Wagner denies charges, allegations in Pike County mass murder

At one point, she (Fredericka Wagner) pushed the issue, and said, “Go ahead and ask.” Then she responded to the question of whether her family was involved in the murders by quickly turning and grabbing the Bible and putting her hand on it.

“Absolutely not,” Wagner snapped. “None of us was even near that place that night.”

How would Fred know? Seriously, how would she know?

And IMO, she cannot answer for anyone but herself, unless of course, she was at 260 Peterson Road-- aha! She kept the kids at 260 Peterson Road while the 4 went on their killing spree!! JMO I wouldn't doubt that there is evidence of this!

I apologize Loomis I should have worded that better. I meant to say they were all at 260 Peterson rd on that night.

Well this is one explanation of where the kids were and who babysat when you look at her statement she made with her hand on the Bible.

Her statement implicates her, in my opinion only.

I mean it seems by her statement that she knows something...

Digging the hole deeper for themselves...

What is interesting is how would Canepa know they watched the Boon Dock Saints
movie the night of the murders before committing the murders? Probably all 4 sat around watching it.

They were not wire tapped at that time....Hmmmm....?

Cells and texts maybe. And what they said to others...

And maybe from the female witness?

That is the only way I can think of, I mean what you are saying. Thanks for your input! :)

Didn't FW tell a Dayton newspaper that she knew that JW was nowhere near Union Hill Road that night? That probably would have been in 2017 after the raids. IIRC. JMO.

Jmo that is my prayer too, whoever did the murders and whoever had any involvement at all pays. If it is the Wagner’s then they need to pay dearly. but I want to make sure the right people are convicted.

When the Wagners come to trial we will all find out if they are guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. 12 people is alot. If all 12 find them guilty then rest assured justice is here!

Our justice system is fair. If even one juror has doubts and votes innocent it is a mis-trial. So if all 12 vote guilty then I believe justice is done.

Do juries get it right 100% ? No. But in death penalty cases juries tend to be dead serious. They don't make hasty decisions because it's a holiday weekend etc...

My opinion only from my research on it.
