There’s no witnesses, no finger prints and no dna evidence. How they gonna prove who fired the shots? Each case is individual. They’ll all individually walk. So sad

We have no idea what they really got as much as we would like to sit and ponder the issue. Since the whole lot of the Ws are deviant, cult like hive minds it might be best if they get life without possibility of parole. Add on not being able to talk to each again or be with each other will eat them alive.

When I look at this from both sides, I do believe they will be convicted of murder... but only for 1 reason and that’s things they’ve said while they wasn’t being bugged.. comments such as (wait till we get home to discuss things, if they have the gun they have the silencer, as well as revenge talk)

Not the boot purchase and not the hacking or wanting custody and also not by owning similar guns. MOO

Jmo i agree for the most part. I can see Jake being convicted if they match the weapon items purchased at any one of the trailers and if the defense can’t explain the shell casings if they are a match. The others need linked also to the purchase and weapons. The revenge talk would need to reference the murders either by saying like we have done before or something because if a person felt they were being setup just saying words and not action is still not killing. I am not saying they were setup, but that is a way to explain the revenge talk for the defense. The recordings may be the key.

There is a lot wrong with that. They hacked into social media accounts, forged custody papers and stalked their victims. They have proof of all that.

probably laying on the couch yes. After talk of GW4 and JW being a team I say they went to Frankie and hazel trailer while Billy alone shot Gary then Chris sr. Or maybe all 3 JW GW3 GW4 hit all places up together with AW as the getaway driver.

It is intriguing to know how they did it if it was simultaneously or what. I could picture billy killing Kenneth while driving back to stay at his mothers if he was living there at the time?

So I just sat through all 2+ hours of Agent Scheiderer's testimony. Sounds like Jake did most of the killing himself w/ the 1911 .22lr. Scheiderer testified that they matched casings from Peterson Rd to casing fron the crime scene on their first trip there when the Ws went to Alaska to scout somewhere to live. Stramge they didnt charge them then. I guess they wanted to have the actual weapons. I took a screenshot of the bloody footprint from CRSR & of the casing in FR & HG bed that was recovered between them. He did a good job of covering the evidence the prosecutor was handing him. Do we have a ball park guestimate on when we will see the first trial? I hope through freedom of information or something similar I cam get my hands on copies of the evidence once the last trial is complete. IMO,MMO, & all that

Also interesting that he said the recovered a casing from CRSR porch. I remember a news article from 2016 that was edited like an hour after it was published saying CRSR was shot through a door. BJM said she didnt notice anything strange on the porch/door in that article where she talked about finding the bodies. IMO,MMO,LMAO, etc

Brittany, best friend of Chris Jr. says Chris told her:

"My sister is in a ****** situation, Jake treats her awfully and she can't really do anything about it because she has a kid with him. It's a bunch of bs Jake treats her like crap." Brittany says "I felt she needed out of that relationship and not be associated with the Wagners."

That summer Hanna falls for CH and Jake is crushed. Extremely upset, hurt, didn't understand why. Brittany says "Every time I got a chance to talk to Jake he would cry 'I don't understand why she's being this way, why she won't give me a chance, we can work on it we would be good together. '
He was all upset but then it wore off and turned to anger.

At one point there was a custody battle going on where Hanna would not allow him or his family to see S.

Jake said at least a couple times he was going to kill her. He told Hanna "I'm going to f..ing kill you. Your not going to let me see the baby then your not going to have her. "

Brittany said " Jake you can't say those things please just chill out."
She says he was completely out of his mind, really really upset.

He 'might' have lived at FW's but maybe he had a special friend and that's why he didn't live at Pedersen Rd. IDK. MOO. My Opinion is based on his first court hearing, his audience and general things like that.

I believe that CRSR was shot at the front door initially (at least). We learned last week about the casings that all seemed directed around the front door area of his trailer. The local reporters (at least 1) said that he saw them coming after viewing the Autopsy Reports.

The reporters gave differing stories about the GSW (which I really don't want to talk about GSW due to the victims loved ones) but the Court allowed the reporters to run in and look at the autopsy reports for a very short period of time. They were NOT allowed to take any notes and as I was watching TV the reporters would run from the room to give an on camera interview and then back to the room.

I live in Cincy and the reporters information was definitely not Identical. They did the best they could in a very limited scope.

The news station that I watched that day definitely said that 1-2 people had up close GSW but that is it.

I do not think the W's had enough confidence in each other nor the courage to split up for the murders.
I think they had to go as a gang, or not at all. A momentary screw-up at Frankie's or at Big Chris' could give a momentary advantage to the shooters and disaster. Listen: Mommy had to buy the two boys new shoes. Those two as a team? How about depending on either one as a member of your two person team?
Nope! I can see 3 on a fire team and one as a driver.

I can see your point about some W's not trusting others to perform correctly without their on the spot guidance.

If it was a team of three with a driver, would your thinking be AW as the driver? I've always pictured her being at the scenes with the kids, managing.

Managing the dogs making at early morning hours (even if they knew some of the W's) and the roosters too, how was that done? There were neighbors not that far from FR's.

DNA evidence, tests, etc. Are listed in the discovery ducuments. IIRC, early in pretrial hearings, AC told GW4's attorneys there was no DNA evidence for HIM.

But they did include GW4's fingerprint standards in discovery. That would seem to mean they have something from somewhere to compare it to, wouldn't it?
