I think the plan was for AW to stay home with the sleeping children as if she knew nothing about anything. In their allegedly troubled minds they may have felt that if the men went down for the killings, AW would be free to raise the children. But damn, she had to go to Walmart.

There was/is so much evidence against AW, she doesn't have a snowball's chance in Hail of ever seeing those children again, at least I pray not. Does anyone think for one moment those children won't hate her when they get older and learn the truth?

He specializes in domestic violence so I wonder if that has anything to do with it because so far I only see the Motion to Revoke on his - Jake's - Docket.

If it comes up on the other Wagners' Dockets then maybe he was involved with a Wagner past crime in some way? We need to see the Motion and that will explain it.

Because of the internet the kids will probably find out things at a young age, like even before high school. Ohio has some good services for kids who are victims and even C-Rob took B for counseling. So I hope with good adoptive families and good guidance from professionals, the kids will be OK. OK as possible. No one will bring them to visit the Wagners in prison is my opinion. Lucky if they get a photo....

If they are convicted.

I don't mean to gripe or appear ungrateful for all the posting and organization of hearings, MSM articles, etc., on here, but I continue to find it difficult to find things. Such as GW4's last hearing. I'd like to listen again, but it is only posted somewhere on a thread on a page and it's so frustrating to hunt for it. I just wish we had better organization as we start into the trials. Thank you all for what you do.

Something to think about, this goes out to all you mothers on Websleuth, Angela knew before the murders happened that it was possible one of her sons might not be coming back home alive, myself as a farther I could not put my child in that dangerous situation, I really think that the one of the Wagners killed Big Chris early in the evening and that’s when the Wagners decided to kill the rest of Rhodens and poor little Hannah Gilley got it took out on her because of her brother had a love child with HMR, I really think Jake probably got into an argument with HMR and Little Chris when he was trying to get SW. JMO

There's a pic from ground level that showed two holes in the window. Too large for any bullet, except maybe a 12ga slug. But I'm thinking rocks .... Wasn't there a slingshot in the list of purchases?

All I'm saying is the window is broken in the photo. Halfway down the bottom portion of that window, it appears there is no glass. Maybe it means nothing. But it's been on my mind for a very long while.

I do recall people were asking why FW would buy a slingshot.

Do night vision goggles work from the outside looking in where I assume it's darker than outside? If so, it's possible they shot intentionally. But I'm leaning toward a stray bullet.

Defense attorneys just stirring the pot. AC has specialized in prosecuting domestic violence cases for most of her career. This special prosecutor does, too. Jake's attorneys probably want as few prosecuting attorneys as possible who are capable of arguing domestic violence cases before a jury. Maybe the defense attorneys looking for any edge or advantage they can gain. They're in a difficult position, a lot of evidence and plenty of motive working against their client.

Yes, what a nightmare for those innocent children to grow up with. Let's hope they forget her, but they won't be able to lose the knowledge of what happened. Pray for them, I hope they have peace and productive lives surrounded by people who love and support them.
