What's an actual conflict? I've not heard that before in a legal document.

I've heard conflict of interest, conflict of schedule, but I've never heard it stated that way.

One question to you Sluthers tonight, looking at the autopsy reports all the Women’s reports tell’s everything about their female organs, it is listed but the Men’s male organs is blackout except for Frankies, his report starts to Say something about his male parts ???? JMO
Could I be looking to deep into this????

Yes, I recall that detail about the ARs. It's hard to say considering so much is redacted. Ugh. I'll have to toughen up when it comes time for these trials, when the details come out. A lot of us will. There have been some cases here at WS that just break your mind - the cruelty and horror of some criminals. There are verified LE here who say you have to take a break from it now and then, it can get to you.

I still can't see it, but I remember well what it looks like. Definitely was a bullet hole!
I remember something that looked like a bullet hole in that front window at Chris's. many posts during 2016 about it.

Wow, a $43 slingshot, but not at all what I expected to see. This would explain the consistency of those two shots to the window. This is not your grandpa's slingshot.

I don't mean to gripe or appear ungrateful for all the posting and organization of hearings, MSM articles, etc., on here, but I continue to find it difficult to find things. Such as GW4's last hearing. I'd like to listen again, but it is only posted somewhere on a thread on a page and it's so frustrating to hunt for it. I just wish we had better organization as we start into the trials. Thank you all for what you do.

I have one of the pocket slingshot devices.
They are worthless. Weak and impossible to aim.
Next.
Firing a weapon thru a window blind at a close range would blow a much bigger hole in it due to the muzzle blast.
Finally.
The rifle was not a "32 rifle" it was an SKS, Russian designed 7.62 X 39 military rifle.
Not full automatic, probably a Chinese clone of the actual rifle, shoots the same ammunition as an AK-47.

There might be both. GW4's SKS that he admitted getting a night scope for to hunt raccoons and a 32 rifle of which shell casings were found at Senior's. I would have to look over my hearing notes to be accurate about this but both sound familiar to me as per mentioned in the bond hearing. I like to get it word for word.

I have yet to see any bullet holes through any windows. I doubt it, but I do concede that casings were found on Senior's porch. But the theory of shooting deliberately through a window I don't believe. Perhaps a door but not a window unless I can see something substantial.

I bet there are no photos of any bullet holes through any Rhoden windows that can be produced. Sounds like a rumor to me but just my opinion after over 4 years of never seeing anything to substantiate this.

I am open to hearing why others believe this happened, which window at Seniors, and why they think it happened?

I assume everyone is talking about the window to the left of front porch that was clearly boarded up in March 2016, which later, after the murders, appears to be a normal window not boarded up with no bullet holes that I have ever seen.

Just being honest with how it looks to me, and again, I am open to other posters who see it differently.

No disrespect intended toward anyone.

Around May 2016 on this forum, we were looking at the pics and discussing those rumored holes in the glass we were looking at.

I wasn't sure which one and mentioned maybe it was the fight with CRSR, all those texts at Big Bear Lake (maybe that's where "the fight" occured?) but then I think someone clarified OhioBlues post was about the younger GW?

Trailer windows are made of regular single pane glass. It would shatter upon impact unlike auto (safety plate) or an acrylic substitute. Big Chris was shot thru a door according to autopsy. That is where the rifle was used in my opinion. Using a rifle in a house trailer would be problematic as to maneuvering it. Big Chris was killed first, with a noticeable time lapse before the others. However, A rifle would have alerted Frankie something was up. I wonder how they would have accomplished that?

Just buy one of these and try it. You will be appalled at it's worthlessness. I would reccoment a daisy air rifle for the purpose mentioned.

Seems to me he was shot while moving towards the door... to see who was there or what he heard outside.
Maybe a busted light or camera? Goes to see what is up and is shot while near the door. Trailer doors are not thick/well made at all. A couple of shots and he is down or incapacitated. Then killed. My thoughts only.
