I have never noticed any type of bandage or bracelet type thing on him in court before. The first one is his last hearing the 2nd one is a previous court appearance.

I have never seen him with a bandage on either. Wish we knew more.

If the warrant was correct and it was used in a murder/the murders by anyone, it seems it would have been taken from him and he would not have still be driving it around. We do not know if he purchased it, it could have been given to him.

If they knew, or thought, it had been used in the commission of a crime, why was it not taken and checked out by the BCI Lab?

The tattoos may or may not be allowed as evidence by the judge. There are other court cases where tattoos that depict the murder or seem related to the murder are introduced as evidence. There are some they have not. Whether it gets admitted or not he will probably cover it during trial anyway. It seems that the bandage covers his wrist and some fingers but it is hard to tell. Could be an injury. He has never had a bracelet type/bandage covering on it in pretrial pictures I can find during other court appearances.

I don't think we know when he got the tattoo, maybe it is visible in one of the surveillance videos' during the murder.

Yes he could have owned it but not on paper before it was ever titled to him. He could have even drove it around some at times before he purchased it. As I had said, I think they had some information to get that warrant but found out they were incorrect on their information at a later time. Judges normally do not issue warrants that easily anywhere. I am not saying the warrant was incorrect based on the information they presented to get it, I am saying they found out later that their information was incorrect about if/how the truck was used.

Could it be possible LE put a tracker on the truck to prevent JM from seeking revenge against the W4?

That seems doubtful to me since it was not monitored in real time. They did not even know it had quit working for two weeks I believe so anything could have happened in that time. The warrant does not sound like it was for protection.

We do not know for sure, but in a pic of when he was in Alaska posted after the murders he did not have it. That would be even worse for him it were to be on video, but better for the prosecution.

RN has important things to say that will help the prosecution. I think it's possible she will testify in at least 3 trials.

I'm not sure about Billy because nothing has ever been said so far as to him signing the fake custody documents.

He is being charged for the fraudulent documents but that doesn't necessarily mean he signed them.

On the other hand I would think he would have had to sign them to get charged for them. *sigh*

What is interesting to me is that they located the place that gave him the tattoo because they have the release form that you sign before a tattoo.

It's interesting because if Billy said anything incriminating while getting it, the tattoo artist could be a witness.

The tattoo itself isn't a big deal but it's all about why did he get it? The 8 segments look bad but his attorney could say the tattoo artist is the one who decided 8 segments or the tattoo artist could be the one to say Billy insisted on 8 segments....
