So it could be Billy refusing a safety audit ... Humm....

Thanks!
When was that whole incident with GW3 and AW in a car on highway and GW3 flashed a gun at another driver? The driver reported it. Were GW3's actions on the highway enough to instigated a DOT Safety Audit? I'm clueless about trucker things...if a trucker driver is arrested, for something involving a firearm, while on the a highway, no matter if he's driving a truck, can the DOT then flag him to audit for safety?

Do you Sluthers think that Pike Conty was like the show Justified and the Wagners where the king Pin, was the LE of Pike County afraid of the Wagners family???? JMO

If all 4 accused Wagners where in jail, Then which Wagner was going to attorney office with the Witness????
Bingo! Only one other W that it would have been a problem with the courts to do that would be the 5th W that was also arrested and charged. Right? If RW had done that I don't think it wouldn't have been prohibited by the court? Same would go for the other W brother too.

You’re Right BP the whole world is watching but after the Wagners trial is over there needs to be another trial for Mr Deering and Mr Junk, JMO
These two men has got rich off of evil ways, they are no better than FW, they are proof of what they let the whole Wagner family by with in Pike County Ohio court documents, JMO

Whew, accusatory much? None of my business really but FWIW.. I would be cautious of posting such accusations unless you can prove them. MOO o_Oo_O

How did the Wagners family get by so many years of crime and not get into any big trouble???? IMO
IMO, one of the most poignant moments in this case was DeWine and Readers April 2017 press conference.

DeWine stated through this investigation he had become aware of decades of criminal activity in the area.

IMO, the W4's case will lead to other indictments, and Fred will not be immune..

Just IMO, JMO, etc.

Only accusations I’m saying CA, that the accused has been before the same judge and same prosecution attorney in the past and I prey that justice comes to the Rhodens/Gilley, and Manleys, these family has been through a lot, they lost their love ones and then the Manleys where accused of killing their family,

I understand JBB. I have brought myself to really thinking hard before I hit the "post reply" button because if I didn't, I would spill my guts about things that are better left alone. I only wish that Pike County had a decent prosecutor. The good ole boys club needs disbanded JMO/

I want nothing more than extreme justice for these victims and their families, BUT... I want to leave that up to a fair and impartial jury to decide their guilt

From Tiff's Link
Father charged in Pike County murders had past brushes with law

Incident - 2001
HWY - U.S. 23 near Lucasville, between Piketon and Portsmouth
Vehicle - White Jeep
Charge - Improper handling of a loaded .40-caliber Glock handgun
Plea - No Contest
Angela - Charges Dismissed

Note a 40 Glock was used in the homicides.

I think:

If DOT knew about Billy flashing a gun in a fit of road rage He'd be flagged/audited/raked over the coals, something like that! Or his boss would take care of it.

If your driving for a trucking company they would check your driving record and do a criminal background check. Since companies do background checks at start of employment I'm not sure how a company would get notified - if you were found guilty of something during your employment. Maybe they check yearly?

No Wagner was going to attorney's offices with Witnesses once they were arrested, including Fred who was on house arrest. Fred was allowed to see her own attorney though.

Despite being in jail the Wagners continued to interfere with witnesses.

How?

According to the Other Acts Motion they did it via phone calls and via their attorneys.

FOR EXAMPLE:

From Rita's Hearing to Revoke Bond, Aug. 28, 2019
One hour and 16 minutes in...Page 17 of Timeline, link to pg. 17 below.

OH - 8 Family Members Murdered, Pike Co., Media, Maps & Timeline *NO DISCUSSION*

From jail Angela calls Rita and
discusses trial strategy and explains her attorney's theories, also discussing whether or not they should testify at their trials.

She tells Rita what to say if she does testify and orders her "don't testify against us" and "you don't have to."

She also gives Rita certain "buzz words" to use if she testifies saying "this will work to explain the Custody Documents."

Angela manipulated her brother and mother into setting up a 3-way call with Jake.

There also was some written correspondence between them despite the fact they were not allowed any contact with each other.

That helped. A few humorous interpretations but over all
good.

Anyone, does Billy have a tattoo on his face?
In the last 2 minutes of the video, when he turned, I saw something darkish on his cheek. The side that was facing away while he was sitting. Or maybe it is a scratch or just lighting.
It looks like he has a place on it like
I agree on Billy being the defendant. What are your thoughts on that bullet being placed under "the criminal enterprise that the defendant and his family/co-defendants make up?"
Makes sense that they would consider them that and them being engaged in significant criminal activity.

JMO, possibly a combination of that, some type of bartering, mixed with threats and "I'll scratch our back if you scratch mine" type of arrangements. It varies according to the persons involved and the situation. Pretty basic stuff that's been around since ancient times.

It's a system that's endemic in many cities small and large in Ohio and is probably part of the reason so many areas chronically struggle to prosper economically.

Attention!!! Everyone, please slow down a bit on reading replies and making posts. A lot of people are having to correct responses due to misreading a post or incorrectly remembering something. If things are getting confused now, what will happen when trials start and there is huge amounts of new info..
Opinions are fine, everyone has one. But, with opinions based on opinions, you get headed for a cliff. Facts get lost in the mire. MOO....

Makes me wonder if KR witnessed the police event?

I think possibly you are onto something very important.
My opinion.
I would think if there were serious trouble on UHR, someone, either CRSR or FR, or DR would call KR and he would respond quickly.
So I have the opinion KR was there on UHR for the Wagner/Rhoden confrontation within 10 minutes. Before police arrived.
Anyone know or remember from initial reports of 4/22 the response time for Police from their station to UHR?
I seem to remember 15 minutes or more. I could be wrong.

This could have been a clue to the W's that KR would be on the spot quickly if trouble was at the door and a phone call to KR was made. Again, this is my theory, not fact.

I finally had a chance to read the other acts evidence document. The things all of the W4 put HR plus GW4 and JW former wives through makes me sick to my stomach. Both former wives are lucky they're still alive!

I noticed in the other acts evidence on the page where it talks about their criminal enterprise, item #2: Multiple instances of theft by the defendant and his family (gas, tractor trailers [BBM], shoplifting, etc.).

Any thoughts on the "tractor trailers" notation? I wonder if they were stealing from the contents of the tractor trailers and selling the items on the side. The shoplifting could be the same--steal items from store then sell them on the side. JMO

Wasn't Angela trying to sell stolen boots at some point?

To be clear. Theory and opinion.
This, " stealing from tractor trailers and selling items on the side" is a good and logical idea.
I recognize the selling on the side as something very possible.
It makes me think of that fugitive guy who was living somewhere on FWF property with that other woman who was named in the request for deposition by FW attorney. Sorry to be vague, I don't know if we can say names (although they had fake names also ) but there are published articles about this fugitive man and woman companion .....part of it said he sold things at the flea market...
All supposition. MO.

Yes on Gerlach representing RN. I am not certain if court apointed or not, but I am sure someone has that info.

"She's worked hard during her life. She's been a school teacher. She's been an over-the-road truck operator," defense attorney Frank Gerlach said.

Court docs: Suspect filed for custody of child at heart of Pike County investigation days after slayings
She did not apply file an indigent application and it never states that her attorney is court appointed in the notes in her case. I would say someone was paying for her attorney but they must have stopped for the civil suit because she filed pro se. All of the 4 Wagners have an indigent application and it also states their attorneys are court appointed in the court notes..

The statement in BW other acts evidence list about theft is hard to interpret the way it is written. It mentions stealing "gas, tractor trailers, shoplifting, etc." At first I thought it meant stealing semis (tractor trailers), but I would think the W4 would have been charged for auto theft if that were the case. As far as I can tell, there has never been any mention of auto theft charges for the W4. That is why I am thinking the reference to tractor trailer theft possibly means stealing things from the cargo of a semi, not stealing the semi itself.
