client to take the stand. If it were to happen, though, and he did lose his cool it would certainly give the judge and jury a completely accurate picture of BW's true nature.
I'm still shaking my head over the "highly intelligent" comment last week. Especially when BW's attorney stated his client was ready to just hurry up and get on with this (paraphrasing). BW at time of arrest asked if he could just pay a fine or something. He's tried to file motions on his own behalf to hurry up his trial process. His own lawyer says he's in a hurry to get it over with.
Does BW honestly think he's going to get off with no more than a slap on the wrist? Does he just not get the gravity of the situation? Come on, buddy--your "privileged" upbringing and lack of ever having to face meaningful consequences for your actions is showing!! JMO
