04/12/2021 ORDER FOR PICTURES TO BE TAKEN OF DEFENDANT'S TATTOOS FILED AND COPIES GIVEN TO PA A CANEPA AND SHE TOOK 1 TO DROP OFF AT BUTLER COUNTY JAIL; MAILED COPY TO ATTY COLLINS AND HAYES

Today’s court is just like all the rest of Jakes past court dates a whole lot of waiting for nothing to be said, JMO

JMO, Jake's attorneys will think long and hard about putting him on the stand for any reason. In cases such as this (capital murder, etc) there's potentially a lot of harm and little good a defendant can do for the benefit of their own defense.

I doubt any of their lawyers will want any of them on the stand. I do hope BW demands to get on the stand though. I think that would be an interesting one and not sure he could control himself.

I also doubt BW's attorney would want his "highly intelligent":rolleyes: client to take the stand. If it were to happen, though, and he did lose his cool it would certainly give the judge and jury a completely accurate picture of BW's true nature.

I'm still shaking my head over the "highly intelligent" comment last week. Especially when BW's attorney stated his client was ready to just hurry up and get on with this (paraphrasing). BW at time of arrest asked if he could just pay a fine or something. He's tried to file motions on his own behalf to hurry up his trial process. His own lawyer says he's in a hurry to get it over with.

Does BW honestly think he's going to get off with no more than a slap on the wrist? Does he just not get the gravity of the situation? Come on, buddy--your "privileged" upbringing and lack of ever having to face meaningful consequences for your actions is showing!! JMO

Well put QUOTE:

Just clarifying about this QUOTE:

"...asked if he could just pay a fine..."

In the police incident report it said Billy asked if he could "pay a fine" when he was busted for receiving stolen items. He's not very bright as most criminals are not, and kept a shed full of stolen merchandise rather than storing it away from his property.

He said he had no idea where the items came from and that he bought them from some "nameless" guy. A good way to get out of actual burglary - theft - breaking and entering charges.

So what's going on?

Are Billy's attorneys having his scorpion tattoo removed so the prosecutors cannot get a photo?

From reading over the posts on here about it, this sounds like what is going on. However, there are clear photos of it already out there so why bother?
Or maybe his attorneys want it off for his trial?

Does tattoo removal really work?

Yes, it does work. And we’ll explain exactly how it works. Laser tattoo removal works by targeting the ink particles deep within your skin. Your tattoo ink is actually a semi-solid form in your skin. The laser penetrates through your skin down to the ink particles and breaks those ink particles apart into solid forms.

Billy Wagner is either not very smart or is able to dissociate/compartmentalize his violent murders of the Rhoden family. Maybe he thinks he can mentally put the event in a box and hide it away somewhere as if it never happened. He knows it happened, but he doesn't think about it. If he does that long enough, he begins to believe it either never happened or someone else did it. It doesn't fit his "reality".

I wonder how he responds if someone asks about it? I don't think he feels guilty, nor do any of the Wagners. They strongly believe that Hanna and her family deserved their brutal deaths.

I still shudder to think all of them were allowed to raise Hanna's daughter S for so long. What did they tell her? What did they do to her?

Not sure I follow your meaning here, i.e., my statement is incorrect? I thought while he was being handcuffed and patted down at time of arrest for the murders he looked over his right shoulder and asked the officer if he could just pay a fine. He was wearing a dark shirt, dark blue maybe. Am I mistaken?

Billy said:

"What's Up?" "Can I ask what's going on?"

Officer said:

"Well your under arrest right now that's what's going on."

Billy did not ask further. He definitely did not ask to pay a fine. If he really did not know why he was being arrested he would have kept asking, but he already knew he might be arrested, as proved through secret BCI recordings.

If you are not allowed to "get" a Tattoo while in prision, What makes anyone think that prison authorities would allow the removal of a Tattoo?

Yes, there are many photos of Billy's tattoos out there.

You can briefly see the top part of the scorpion tattoo in the arrest video from the officer's bodycam.

This photo is high resolution for a closer view

Its up to his judge.

He hasn't been convicted yet and has good attorneys so anything is possible right now to give him a fair trial.

His tattoo in front of the jury could predudice the jury which is what I think might be going on right now if he is allowed to remove it.

Can't discuss minors per TOS but I think it's safe to say....

She is safe with a good close older relative so this person can help undo the damage plus Ohio has really good support for abused and neglected children, a whole area devoted to that.

The video you posted is not the video I am thinking of. The video I am thinking of was shot from farther back behind where BW is standing. You can see the officer patting him down, and you can see BW's face when he turns and talks to officer(s). I found a video on page 9 of media and timeline thread that looks like the one I am thinking of, but there's a lot of background noise and you can't hear what any people (LE or BW either one) are saying.

I will look further into it tomorrow when I have more time. In the video you post above, if you listen closely you can hear other people talking in the background, some of which I think is BW talking to other officer(s)--the volume of those words isn't as loud as when the officer cuffing him is speaking to BW or when BW directly speaks to the cuffing officer. I am not sure, though, and will check it further. After BW is marandized in your video, it sounds like to me BW says something else but much softer in volume. It also sounded to me like the audio cuts out once or twice in your video linked above, but not sure--maybe it was my audio player.

I could be totally wrong and, again, will check into it tomorrow. If I'm mistaken and can't find the video I'm thinking of, I'll correct myself. JMO

We know she's ok now and hopefully recovering, but someone needs to be held accountable for allowing Jake to get custody and then for the family to take her to Alaska.

Anything could have happened once they took off. The Wags and LE knew they were suspects in the Rhoden murders, yet they were allowed to keep that girl in their home for TWO YEARS. Someone should lose their job for that. JMO What the heck was that judge thinking?

Agree, I seem to recall that, too.

Apparently for Billy, the massacre of 8 innocent people in bed, asleep is just something you can put out of your mind. You don't want to be punished for it, so you pretend someone else did it. IDK, that sounds like a real psychopath.
