Wow! I was so confused when I saw the "guilty" beside the heading and thought I missed the trial(s). I'm so relieved that justice is being served, but so surprised that JW changed his plea to guilty. ETA-I have not been following along for several months so no nothing about any recent court hearings for any of them. I think the last time I read was something about AW needing medical care.

JMO...I don't think we will see any trials for the remaining three...they are now having to rethink their defense tactic...JW saw his family crumbling sitting in jail, by filing weird motions and his brother's attorneys trying to throw him under the bus. His mother may be sick who knows. They do know that the State has so much evidence now that they better take what is on the table. I truly believed it would be George striking the deal first, so who knows how far they will go.

Agreed about trials. I cant say I've ever thought they'd make it that far anyway and at some point voiced it somewhere. Cowards are afraid of a needle. Idk, I'm not going to get ugly about the wastes but happy none will ever walk out. And, and while I'd bet my farm FW had at least knowledge of and should be charged I'm ok with karma visiting her instead.

What a great outcome for the families in so many ways. Their family and deceased loved ones won't be subjected to the wagners slander and evil in open court. The criminal justice system gives so many advantages for murders to skate punishment but the wagners won't be one of them. No more conspiracy or denial from fw. Her blatant support of these murderers who were known yo her! will hopefully liquidated her assest and the rhoden gilley's take that farm! Not that it will bring them back but all of these evils are gonna have their reckoning.
Angela canepa is really a hero more like her could make world better place. She lived this case and never wavered. Even with all the free top notch dp lawyers she held her own. Thank god ohio has death penalty and the leverage it applies. In no dps dtates there is little to no advantage of pleading out. But with dp there is huge incentive to cooperate. And jake broke first. Great day

I wonder if the Prosecution has already questioned JW under oath (a deposition type thing or a statement of fact) something on tape or paper, as to what happened and who did what and how, for use against the other 3 W's.
(I think of the demise of Jeffrey Epstein - whatever really happened there, we may never know. ) This is one time where I wish JW good health.
I hope the Prosecution has everything, absolutely everything, every detail, spoken under oath and kept in a safe place, and useable at any upcoming legal procedures.

Personally, I don’t think he had much involvement that night. I think that is why he was mad at JW and always looked so pissed off in court. I believe that’s why he thought he could get bail...

He should have been the adult in the situation and reported the planning. If he didnt want to be implicated, he should have worn his big boy britches and stood up to whomever was the planner. He should have copped the plea. I suspect he's as guilty as the rest. I don't know who did what, but I bet ya LE knows. All of them will get LWOP. The only question remaining is who is going to serve their time where. IMO

I think after all the trouble the Rhodens family had out of the Wagners family the last two weeks they was alive that Kenneth would not open his camper door to one of the male Wagner without his gun in his hand, he saw no threat from AW, JMO

He should write a book and agree to a movie deal with 100 percent of proceeds going to the children and victims.

God isnt going to save his butt in prison. A convict having killed a mother while nursing and an admitted sex offender won't do well on his cell block. Imo

ETA - My reason for saying this is because why allow any of them to possibly take their own life? If it is life without parole, then they should have to serve their lives without parole sentences to the fullest extent possible! JMO, MOO

Also, the news reporter said the Wagners monitored them through Facebook and put surveillance cameras in their houses.

If true, we finally know that the Wagners were able to tell who was spending the night. This would have allowed them to have picked the night based on having just the people they wanted to have there.

Like if those 3 people had spent the night they would have known through the surveillance. Gary probably came to the trailer and was a witness.

It comes across like they were monitoring the family - to pick a certain night - since the day HR got back from the hospital. I think they picked the 22nd - 23rd just because they had the victims all home with no visitors.

According to Canepa, Angela was the one who alerted Jake to Hanna's private Facebook message when she said she wouldn't sign anything, they would have to kill her first.

This was on Angela's laptop so now we know that Angela was a prime mover in the surveillance and it looks like she was the one who egged Jake on as opposed to
being a normal mother trying to calm him down.

Angie and Jake were the masterminds together I think.

Also Jake told Canepa that he didn't like the people that Hanna had around his daughter and I can see Angela talking like that, again, as opposed to keeping the peace.

It almost seems she got Jake to do her bidding. She wanted full custody as much as he did.
