Everything the Ws do the remainder of their lives pales in comparison to their actions in the murder of 8 innocent people.

I can't imagine the terror and helplessness those mothers felt while holding their babies as Jake, or whomever, stood over them with a gun pointed at their heads. Although his action was cowardly, I fully believe he let those to young ladies know monsters truly exist. Evil doesn't even begin to describe his actions. IMO MOO

So let any of them smile, or snicker, because their fates are sealed. Imo

Then he can real or fake smile all the way to Ohio maximum prison for a long, decades long, life. Maximum is where they will stick his sorry A&&.

Horrible place for the most horrible.

Right now he sits in the Franklin jail.

Agree. I don't think at all about how any of the 4 Wagner's feel or if they're showing sadness or regret. They've already showed their victims who they are and they've certainly shown us. That's all we need to know.

Lock them up for life, so they can never harm innocent people again. All of them.

Looks like there is a feed now for Pike and Scioto Co. LE, EMS, etc.

Just for future reference.

I hadn't looked at FWF on Google Maps in a while. Just noticed there are at least 8 or 9 ponds on that property.

Google Maps
A few of them are in very wooded areas on the property also. I do not think they would have hidden the buckets in a pond that would be in an open area and risk being seen there. That is just my opinion though.

I agree. Not sure how deep some of the smaller ponds are, but there were some good-sized ones in the wooded areas. It's also possible they hid the buckets at night, when it might be difficult for anyone else to see. Buckets of hardened cement full of evidence were probably pretty heavy. They may have needed an ATV or tractor or something to carry them out to the hiding spot.

How did they do this without FW or other family/employees seeing them? Did they wait a while after the murders or did they dispose of the buckets quickly?

JMO, it also seems that it took more than one person to accomplish this task.

I feel like for the ponds that would be near Loys Run they may have a way to enter from there instead of through the main entrance or could get to almost any of them without going through the main entrance. Also they could have had the stuff in a truck bed covered and just drive there and say they were going fishing or whatever to FW and she wouldn't know any better.

Its hard to believe she would have allowed that to be hidden on her property if she had known they were putting it there even if she knew of the murders.

I may not remember this exchange exactly correctly, but didn't Billy at some point, angrily text to JAKE, regarding his (BILLY) anger over Jake not getting rid of the guns..
Billy 's text was approx. "if they have the gun, they have the silencer".
Seemed to indicate Billy did not assist in disposal, didn't know for sure where the guns were.
Doubt that AW assisted, unless she drove the vehicle.
So that would leave the very* innocent and uninvolved * (sarcasm) Geo4 to assist.
Do we know if or when Jake bought cement?

If I recall correctly, it was GW4 who made the comment about "if they have the gun, they have the silencer". IMO it wasn't BW who made that statement.

You are right, I knew I was fuzzy on remembering that one.
So then, Geo4 knew about the silencer, indicating his involvement.
And maye it was Billy who hid the guns on Mom's property.
That sounds better.

Could be for psychological evaluation for her trial or it could be for issues she has had in the last year and why she has not appeared in court.

Interesting pdf. Haven't gotten to the others yet. Do you suppose she might use an abused woman defense? As in, she went along with these murders because she feared for herself if she didn't? Hmm.

Scheiderer wanted to generate conversation between the 4 suspects,
"get them talking." This is why he sent Jake a photo over the phone of a .22 Walther Colt. It is the same type of gun Jake is holding in a photo on his phone. BCI believes Jake used that gun, or that type of gun, that night. Jake most likely mentioned this gun on the family gun list on his phone.

So then there was a flurry of phone calls between the 4 Wagners and that is when George made that statement to Jake:

"If they have the gun they have the silencer."

Also these statemens:

"I told you to get rid of your phone."

"We have a family emergency."

Scheiderer said he found it incriminating that George turned the gun photo into a family emergency. Scheiderer said George's reaction is not how he himself would react if a gun photo were sent to him. He said:

"I would not call a family emergency."

Thank you. You have to wonder why they are doing ancestry searches for Giv's defense.

I think that is very possible she could try to use that. I think that G4 could even try to use that. It has been established they were a cult like family already. We also do not know what JW said in his confession about any of them that may support a defense they will try. Not that he is believable.

'There are probably a couple they could try to use, not sure anyone would take the bait but I guess they could try.

I think it depends on which lies the defense can make up that will fit the evidence the best. Their strategy probably has changed and will change before trial, if we ever get to trials.

I do wonder what ancestry has to do with anything.
