Maybe some were on their way to KR while others were on the way to UHR? Maybe they needed two vehicles so they could take the kids with them also. Maybe when they left the scenes they need to split up to hide stuff or so someone could get back to the house quickly as a precaution . That is about all I can think of.

Could be.

One reason I can think of for having 2 vehicles is that they needed a truck to throw all the security cameras into. Then, they needed the truck bed to fit all the bags of cement powder and the buckets etc.

To me it's clear that Angela was home babysitting.

1.) Three guns were used, a 22 caliber, a 30 caliber and a 40 caliber. Three guns = 3 shooters. I believe those 3 shooters are the 3 guys.

2.) We know one of those guns was the Glock and George owned a Glock and was known as a "Glock man."

3.) And we know there was a beef between Billy and Chris Sr. so it stands to reason that Billy shot Chris.

4.) And we know that if Jake shot everyone at 2 different locations that they didn't need all 4 Wagners to shoot the rest.

Put altogether and it is clear as a cloudless day that it was the 3 guys who were out and about and Angie home with the kids.

*** Not because she is a woman but because to me the evidence points to the 3 guys being the shooters ***

I always thought it was the loud noise that startled them and made them look. As if they thought someone was going to do something to him...
Also, Kenny's children were in the first row, they might have spoken some choice words to Jake as he began his confession.

I was surprised, too, at the other vehicles and that one was in possession of relatives. They must have made the purchase in a way that disguised the Wagners as the true buyers. I was also surprised they used so many vehicles the night of the murders. I assumed they used 1, maybe 2. Three seemed a lot of logistical planning and chances of someone seeing and identifying one of the vehicles that night. They were lucky they weren't seen by someone or caught on a security cam with their own private fleet driving around that night.
I think AW's black Excursion might have been the third car(if there was one). There was some evidence found in the Excursion.

AW might have had the children sleeping in the back of the Excursion. She also might have been the lookout with a two-way radio.

I can't believe the W3 would leave the GMC and Ford-150 at Fred's or in the driveway on Peterson. After the crimes, they must have dropped off evidence somewhere and then left those trucks in a secluded location. Maybe AW picked the W3 up from that secluded location to go back to Peterson. They might have had some DNA still left on their skin, clothes or shoes.

JMO, MOO, etc

This kids were with AW in one of the cars, IMO

There were samples taken from the Excursion, but I am not sure if any of it was evidence that related to the murders. Seems if any R DNA was found in it there would have been arrests sooner. They still could have used it in the area the night of the crimes though and it is possible that some evidence was found in it. I hope we find out about that.

I got that document from the person that bought it from AW. I would post it but there is no link except my link.

The Proffer agreement/letter probably was.

They have not give the defense the actual proffer. Junk filed a motion on the 2nd when it was due, for an extension. They have his proffer agreement/letter but the actual proffer is different than that.
Ok thank you. I seen that today and was confused.

Am I reading the first page correctly... Were there five buckets?

  • #728
I think its anyone's guess where the 1st bucket is. ha I am not sure why it would start with bucket #2. Perhaps JW referred to bucket number one having specific evidence in it but they could not locate it? Maybe he named them off in a certain way. I really have no idea. Maybe bucket 1 is still being processed and not on discovery yet? It does seem strange.

So there were five buckets found though? If there were, that's a lot of evidence.
Another question, where's the defense's reciprocal evidence?? Prosecution hasn't received any at all, weird.

I believe there are only 4 buckets listed on discovery, not sure where Bucket 1 is. Seems there are 5 and one is not accounted for? I am not sure.

Yes the state has asked for reciprocal discovery 12 or so times they said and have not gotten any. Once G4 team gets JW's proffer the judge still gave them 60 days after that to turn over reciprocal and longer if they show a need.

I do realize the burden of proof is on the state but the defense had had almost 3 years to turn over some discovery.

Many, has said that JW will not lie, anymore. I wonder if he has lied so much and often. In everyday life, that he or even the whole bunch, have a hard time, knowing what the real truth is. I have had, employees over the years, that lied so often they had no real concept of the truth.

I wonder what they're playing at, the defense.

I agree, I know of a few people that I believe to be pathological liars. It becomes second nature to them. They even lie over things that it seems there would be absolutely no reason to lie about.

We have a missing bucket. Hope Jake isn't holding out.

@Dudly

Which one is the Glock? The 30 caliber or the 40 caliber?

And do you know what type of gun the other one would be?

We know Jake had the .22 and George the Glock so that leaves bad Billy boy with the 3rd gun. A rifle maybe? Rifle sounds familiar.

You could very well be correct @Cool Cats but it would not surprise me one bit either if this was not the case because obviously, she's just as sick and twisted as the other 3 and was along for the ride from beginning to end, even buying the two pairs of shoes (and who knows what else)! JMO

Hi @NWLady You could very well be correct also.

I think if Angie did any shooting that night it would have been KR. They did not need Angie on UHR.

Jake did all the shooting at 2 locations and I believe the evidence shows all 3 guys were in Chris's trailer that night, thus, having Angie there would be unnecessary.

Point is I believe it all adds up to the guys shooting everyone on UHR and Angie being there would not help.

How she could help is to watch the kids and make it look like all 4 of them were at home that night. She would be there to answer everyone's cell phone and answer the door if necessary. She could even be on the computer to show "they" we're home.

Angie was the murder instigator orchestrating much of it but not necessarily wanting to do any shooting. Let the others deal with the shooting and the clean up, she can stay home to help with the alibi and pretend that she is the "real mom."

I saw this too. There was something/someone on that side of the courtroom that was causing Jake some concern. His head snapped around at the second noise. The look in his dead eyes just shouts psychopath to me.
Something about JW reminds me of Charles Manson.

These people live in a cult, the little boy went with them, I still say, that SW, was taken from the home, just before they killed HR. One of these people, admitted to the killing. So the kids well being, is not a issue. The kids were being raised, to think this behavior is normal. Looking at the the Wagner's family, 2 generations. The kids learn at a early age, the deceit, lying, and stealing is a part of life. <modsnip>
FOM I have often wondered the same if SW was taken out of the home right before the slaughter, and AW was responsible for watching BW in the vehicle and SW was brought out to her.

WAGNER, ANGELA JO

I wonder if there hasn't been an answer to this yet (going on 2 months) because Angie made phone calls from 4-22-21 - 4-27-21. Note the phone calls starting the same day Jake was in court to plead guilty. I don't think these are lawyer calls because of attorney client privilege. She must have been really shook up to make calls when it goes against Deering's court order.

MOTION TO PERMIT TELEPHONE CONTACT WITH FAMILY FILED

State's Supplemental Discovery for George IV filed June 21, 2021. Moderator approved from Covert Operative. Angela Wagner phone calls.
