IIRC, Judge Deering said the deal is off if she gets in trouble in prison. She has made a lot of trouble in the past, so she likely will again.

What does that mean? Her deal is off?

I don't see how that could be once she is sentenced. They can't change your sentence just because of a rule infraction.

I also think that when Angela pleaded guilty to all the firearms specifications, that means she was present, right? If she were not present, she wouldn't need to plead guilty to those. Same with possession of dangerous ordinance - meaning the silencer.

Didn't clean your cell, didn't make count, had food in your room, your roommate hid contraband in your room so you get sent to segregation unfairly, you were in an unauthorized area, you held hands with/hugged another inmate etc....

The rules are endless.....No one could do 30 years with no kites - write ups.

Rhoden family murders update: Angela Wagner pleads guilty in Pike County court

A gallery of about 30 people, several of them friends and relatives of the Rhoden family, stared at Wagner, some wiping their eyes and bowing their heads.

Rhoden relatives gathered outside after the hearing, consoling one another. One woman glared at Wagner from her car as Wagner exited the courthouse.

"I see a woman with no sympathy, no remorse," she said, commenting on the sentence. "She's getting 30 years more than what our family gets,"

By not entering the plea, Wagner could have faced more than 110 years in prison and a fine of $165,000, Pike County Common Pleas Judge Randy Deering told her.

I am sure he meant things like getting in fights, punching a guard, etc., not for the things you mentioned....

So do I, but it should come from the ones who are guilty of taking their parents lives, as yet; FW has not been "convicted" of anything. IF she is in the future, by all means she should have to pay. To assign guilt by association is just plain wrong IMO

If that were the case, we'd all have criminal records.

IMO, they were all coincidentally favorable to FW.

She also wasn't cleared. The charges were dropped without prejudice, meaning they can be brought some time in the future. I hope they do.

And IMO, many more charges might be added.

Under a plea agreement, they can. It's a contract with terms. If she doesn't live up to those terms, there are penalties.

A plea agreement is different from a guilty verdict followed by a sentence imposed by a judge or jury.

In exchange for some level of cooperation, the criminal receives certain reductions in the charges against them and a lighter sentence, etc. PrairieWind told us a while back that plea agreements can be changed or revoked by prosecutors if the terms aren't met.
