I can certainly see why they would want that but I a not sure they can get that. Once the case is concluded I think they are public record in Ohio. CRjr may be sealed since he was a minor.

It says to pick BW up at 12 for an 11 am hearing, so he gonna be late. Probably a typo.

They already had those hearings on the calendar for a long time, but they could now make them a plea hearing I guess.

Could be a typo. Or, could be that by now they all have realized there will be at least an hour discussion, negotiation in Judges Chambers before anything else gets started. So Billy wouldn't be need, maybe not until noon, if even then

She's probably burning that phone line up today. Probably shoving others out of the way. I think they would talk to her. I am not sure that FW,RW,CN or others feel so horrified by what they did.

At AWs age 30 years without early release vs LWOP is not much different. Jake took the DP off the table for all.of them. Why did she feel the need to confess to other crimes and one-up Jake? Why did she want to seal the a conviction for her husband nd other son. She is vindictive and has a motive for taking a plea. I agree with Betty, AW has no remorse.

I think AW told about other crimes as revenge against BW. According to other acts discovery filed, BW threatened AW with a gun. I highly doubt that was the only episode of domestic violence during the course of their marriage. JMO

I also suspect she possibly told about FW's misdeeds to get back at her. AW wanted to be the queen bee but was overshadowed by FW, IMO.

IMO AW's behavior yesterday showed just how self centered she is. She never said she was sorry and she sure as heck didn't stand up straight, look at the judge and state "I am guilty your honor.". I'm no fan of JW, but at least he acted like an adult. His mother acted like a spoiled child who got caught with her hand in the cookie jar. All jmo

AC says just today the copies of Jake and Angela's proffers have been given to George's attorneys.

AW also purchased the phone jammer, in addition to the shoes.

AC says AW was aware of where the Wags men were going that night and what they were going to do. She was there when they came back and helped cover everything up.

So she was or wasn't there at the murder scenes.. I though the judge read that she was at each scene

I don't see how that could be once she is sentenced. They can't change your sentence just because of a rule infraction.

But if she commits another offense of some kind while imprisoned, more years can be added to her sentence
