Just wondering about how long it's been since we've seen any of the Wagner family present for a hearing.

I can’t even remember which Wagner’s hearing it may have been. Does anyone recall?

You won't see FW in there, she'd be too worried she'd get picked up.

So the court normally closes at 4. Will they stay open to complete this or continue it?

Good question. My first instinct is stay open to complete since AW is coming from another county, but that's just a guess. IMO

That is what I think but it would still be a couple hours it seems for them to finish.

Yikes, its 10 minutes til closing time. They will stay open. Don't they usually do that in cases like this? They stayed til after dark in "To Kill A Mockingbird". JK, but I don't have a lot of experience watching trials IRL and haven't been in a courtroom myself except Mayor's Court for a traffic ticket.

Everyone will probably get overtime, except for the reporters/journalists. A highly underpaid profession, but a very important job.

Angela Canepa, special prosecutor in the Rhoden family murder case says this afternoon's 3 p.m. hearing should be quicker than that for Wagner's son, Edward "Jake" Wagner, who pleaded guilty in April to the killings of eight. That lasted about an hour.

If memory serves, I've been here watching at 9.45pm UK time, and it's now 8.52pm. So they could complete today.

Most recent was GW4, June I think. I don't recall if any family was there or not.

After all this time, they're gonna come out and say "OK, Angie can use the phone. That's all for today."

I made it home from picking up the kids and it hasn't started yet-thought it would be over by now!

I do read everyone's posts and have followed since the beginning, I'm more of a lurker than a poster.

Especially interesting if you read between the lines. Did AC indicate that there is a confession coming since she compared AW's hearing today to JW's confession hearing in April?

That was my thinking, if you read into the context of the statement

And...I have jury duty Monday! Picking Monday and trial is set for the next 4 days. I have never done it before or been called as a prospective juror.
