Yes wow, one or more were killed just for having been there.

I'm thinking Gary. It is slightly possible Kenny was a witness but probably he was targeted to help move focus away from UHR and make it look Cartel/drug related.

So this freaks me out that perhaps those other 3 would have been killed if they had spent the night like originally planned.

I thought the Wagners were paying closer attention to who was there in the 4 homes that night but evidently not.

I'm thinking Gary & Chris Rhoden, Jr. I still think Angela participated in the murder of Dana.

Aggravated burglary she would of had to of physically been inside the residence (occupied structure). Here is the statute again:

Aggravated Burglary (§ 2911.11): It's a first degree felony to trespass in an occupied structure when people are present with the purpose to commit a criminal offense, and: The person inflicts, attempts or threatens to inflict physical harm on another; or. The person has a deadly weapon.

I hope the innocent people she helped kill haunt her every night.

Almost 51 so will be 81 before she gets out of prison.

I don't think she had to have been their it could be covered by conspiracy or being part of a criminal enterprise, JW pled guilty to 3 murders he did not commit as part of the conspiracy as it seems to be accepted by the state that JW only killed 5. It just seemed to me the state were saying on the one hand she had a gun and trespassed but then towards the end of her statement she seemed to change and to be saying she knew of the plan, was involved in the plan, knew the murders were to happen that night, and discussed the murders post the event. I am off to watch the state reading into the record what she thinks AW did that might make it clearer.

Nothing was said about her phone privileges. I wonder if she gets them back ?

Yes, someone posted that earlier. Restoration of her privileges was posted on her docket earlier.

JMO, she is not remorseful and still thinks she's superior to the criminal justice system and everyone else. It won't be long before she stirs up trouble again, demanding extra privileges, etc. She's going to continue causing them a lot of headaches.

I agree, but some of what she said must have aligned with what Jake said and the evidence they have. Today must be some comfort to the families that their is light at the end of the criminal trials but their hearts must still be torn into tiny pieces at all they have lost.

the state dismissed 1-8 but she pled guilty of having a firearm with suppressor ...do we know what type of gun and if any bullets from that gun were recovered at scene or in the victims...maybe state agreed to dismiss for lack of evidence regarding that particular gun OR Jake told the state that his mother did not personally shoot any of the victims, JMO

I think the bullet proof vests and extra security may be to the other crimes AW told them about, some may be drug related so they need to take all precautions.

I don't know if they were US Marshals, but there were a lot of them and they were very well armed.

In Billy's "Other Acts" there were some pretty serious allegations. I'm guessing AW's sealed documents contain a lot of information about these and probably named names of his co-horts.

After Jake's confession, I can't think of any information she could give that's worth the easy sentence she's getting. She'll be out when she's in her 70's, right?

Canepa and Scheiderer said in George's Bond Hearing that Jake had a gun list on his phone and it listed guns for Angela, Billy, Jake, George, even a Cricket gun for Jake's child.

So the gun Angie used is in this list. Is this the gun she carried around with a suppressor? Not necessarily yes but not necessarily no either.

Well now the prosecution knows about her gun and the ballistics from her gun seems to absolve her from shooting anyone.
