It's absolutely great to see you RSD!!!!! We missed you so much.

I knew you would be able to explain those tattoos to us. You have been here since day 1 with us and know this case inside out. Your knowledge of this case has helped all of us tremendously!!!!!!! We finally got a couple of them on their way to prison, and I am hoping the other two follow soon. I still think their were more W family members that if not involved, at least knew before or after what was going down. I am hoping there will be charges to come after these four are over with. I am looking forward to reading what the *** Jake had to say for himself. I am betting he is going to be blaming everyone but himself for what went on that night.

Thank you for the compliment, but I'm a bit behind on some things, at this point. Trying to catch up. JW and AW will have to testify to get the DP charges dropped. I'm very interested in what they have to say. I was watching a video of how people try to pretend to be mentally unstable after a murder(s), and how a person who was mentally unstable, or possibly insane, reacted when they were being questioned after arrested for murder. Very interesting. I'd love to see the footage of JW's & GW3's interrogations, most especially.

I don't think any of them were interrogated after arrests. I think they went straight to lawyers.

They were questioned by BCI and people often don't realize they do not have to allow that. Had Angela refused to speak to them in Montana, then she wouldn't have been tripped up on the shoe information.

After her arrest she would have been able to have her attorneys confer with Jake's and George's attorneys about showing them the shoes and what story to offer about them to the jury.

If you don't think these attorneys conferred with each other I have desert property for sale....just kidding!

I think the Wagner's are Baptist and yes often "strict" Baptists shun traditional Halloween and other Holiday celebrations and some prefer to homeschool, don't dance, don't listen to secular music, girls wear dresses or at least modest type clothing etc...

Kelly Cinereski is a pastor at Resurrection Bay Baptist Church in Seward AK. He is the Wagner's pastor from Ohio.

The Wagners attended his Ohio church for years. His children grew up playing with the Wagner boys.

We'll probably know soon enough, either when the remaining cases go to trial or are resolved through plea agreements.

I'm going to assume there were masks worn that night. There's no other reason for the prosecution to bring up this line of questioning when the BCI agent was testifying. Why else would AC bring up the Captain America mask to Agent Scheiderer?

We do know for a fact that George 4 bought a Captain America mask in March or April, just before the Rhoden Murders.

Perhaps they saw one or both of the first two movies when they were released and that was their thing. And in the Wagners warped mind, once they saw she was going to see the next one with someone else, they could not let Hanna move on. Again, longshot but AC did spend sometime in her questioning regarding a captain america mask, not just any mask.

The context of the masks being brought up are in the line of questioning of what the murder kit purchases were. Scheiderer was testifying about the murder kit purchases made from Feb 2016 through April 2016.

The masks, not just the Captain America mask, were seen as murder kit purchases. Items to be used in the murders. Scheiderer pointed out in Exhibit #35 the mask George purchased which just happened to be a Captain America mask.

The Halloween reference is to show that George didn't buy the mask for Halloween since the Wagner's didn't celebrate Halloween.

The point is that it is a fair assumption that all the masks bought in this time period were to be worn when committing the homicides and this includes George using his Captain America mask along with the night scope he purchased.

This is how I am interpreting this line of questioning.

George said he bought the night scope to hunt raccoons, well you don't need a Captain America mask to hunt raccoons at night unless you want to disguise yourself from the raccoons.

Again, what will the jury believe?

BBM, IMO the reason AC spent so much time discussing specifically the Captain America mask is because that is the mask she states was purchased by and worn by GW4. It was his hearing, so his specific mask was the only one discussed. IMO, that is the reason none of the other masks were discussed.

Right, it was George's Hearing so emphasis was put on what George bought specifically for the murder kit and it was a specific mask and night scope.

But Canepa pointed out that George used Jake's rewards card at Pro Bass Shop to buy the night scope meaning he could have bought other items using Jake's rewards card.

I find it interesting that George and his attorney wanted the public to think George is religious.

George's attorney said in open court that George wanted solitary confinement so he can do the things he wants to do and read his Bible.

I am sure his attorney knew it's not up to the court it's up to the jail which is what Judge Deering actually told him!

Because Attorney Nash knew that court was not the place to bring up George's cell placement, and religion is a very private thing and no attorney would mention it without the client's consent, I think the whole thing was a cooked up ruse just to try to make George look better. I think George and his attorney wanted it mentioned only for public consumption.

Why?

Well, there are no real good ways to make your client look sympathetic when he is arrested on 22 felonies including 8 aggravated murders, so then why not get it out there that your client who pleads innocent just wants to have alone time with his Bible?

I think something similar was going on when it was announced that Jake "found" religion. Obviously Jake and his attorney wanted that put out there, same with the apology. Just to try to make him look a little less evil. Not possible. 2 Cents
