I also gave up on the WKRC Local 12 stream. I used the Fox 19 Cincinnati feed and had much better luck with it. I thought the audio was pretty easy to understand, JMO.

Has Billy got gloves on or is his left hand bandaged?
He has something on it. A wrist band? possibly some type of clear apparatus on his hand. Hard to tell. I ss it but its still hard to tell. He had some type thing on his right hand months ago.

Sorry, I got called away and missed the hearing. Will watch the reruns. Sounds like he didn't take a plea and will continue to trial. Not surprised.

Well, my high hopes and expectations were dashed.
You and me both. It really stinks that he apparently won't be going to trial anytime soon, either. Sounds to me like October at the earliest. So, we wait...and wait...and wait. I can't imagine how frustrating this is for the surviving loved ones.

Oh well, at least he's behind bars. Something's better than nothing, I guess. :(

He has always had that knot since he has been coming to court. Not sure what it is.
I've also noticed it in the past. I'm no doctor, but it looks to me like it might possibly be a simple sebaceous cyst. JMO

I didn't see anything when he was arriving at the courthouse, but when in the courtroom he had an LE officer standing right behind him the whole time as best I could see.
There were two heavily armed agents with him. The second agent is to the left of camera range.
I did notice the agent behind Billy had a "sniper" badge on his uniform.

JMO

ETA - There were 4 special agents in Billy's entourage.

It looked like a whole SWAT Team came into the courtroom with him...

At about 18:50 and 20:50 there is a short view of Billy's left hand and the "bracelet". It almost looks like it has an antenna attached - 3 white stiff strings?

We'll have to pay attention tomorrow and see if G4 has something similar on.

I thought Billy was particularly surly today and got testy when Deering was questioning him about - are you happy with your lawyers. He didn't just answer yes, but - "well so far".

I see 'Yes, your honor' has reverted back to 'yeah'.

I had to step away from my computer for a few seconds and missed when BW came into the room. Bummer

I caught the "yeah", also. And his attorney made some statement about BW "missed his Christmas visit". Not sure what that was about.

You can rewatch it on Law and Crime or Local 12 WKRC

Billy was very rude in answering the judge, JMO

My observation too. I was thinking
The bracelet was a tracking device.
Billy was surly, yeah.
What was that about a Christmas visit?
Someone didn’t visit Billy on Christmas? was he expecting….Santa?

Yes, really a shame. If October, that will be 4 years since the Wagners were arrested. Covid has been part of the delay, but it seems this has dragged on longer than it should have. JMO

Noticed that, too. He seemed more surly than usual during this hearing. He must be doing or saying something to make them decide to add so many deputies to his security team. He's a big man and could put up quite a fight if he decided to break loose. JMO

I thought his eyes looked a little puffy, like he hadn't been sleeping much. He looked a little unhealthy. Maybe prison will be tough on him, jail doesn't seem to be doing him any good.

There was a warrant for removal for BW and there is one for G4 for tomorrow. They have had those warrant removals before and when they did there was a whole team with them. I believe it is when contract officers are required. I am not postivie of that.

Section 2941.41 - Ohio Revised Code | Ohio Laws

Under ORC, it says the sheriff where the prisoner is being tried submits a warrant to the prison superintendant to allow the sheriff to remove and transport the prisoner. The sheriff's office is reimbursed for the associated costs. Just curious, are those Pike County deputies or some others?
