It can't be a wish list when you have guns on the list already.

I was just wondering what the original date was on the "wish list".
From what twall just posted, the list and some of George's statements on audio recordings will show he lied about the guns, indicating conspiracy.

there you go -- the Cricket -- not just a wish list

I think Lt White always looks so neat and put together. I loved that tie he was wearing with that light blue shirt. The tie and shirt are almost the same color and he looks like he starches and irons his shirts right before he gets on the stand.

That double barrel derringer is something I've looked at in a local shop...

So far, nothing interesting and they have not introduced the murder weapons yet as they are tracking what investigators found. But they did introduce a 9 mm Beretta found at the ranch apparently bought by George Wagner just five days after the murders

It had a grim reaper etched into the handle grips.

I can see where they're going but not all of these are on the list. what was my question is if the gun list was made prior to the murders, then yes, it may have been a "wish list". What is this list on Jakes phone? A wish list that he made.

Some of them probably belong to the FW and her husband who were not on "the list". JMO

@joe jones said:

what happens if JW and or AW refuse to testify

Then they are not fulfilling their plea agreements and the DP is back on the table.

What would happen if one testified and one refused?

Good question.

I can only see muddied water where it once was more clear.

Not sure about the safe, but several long guns were in a closet. There's a pic of it.

Displaying shipping form for an optic ordered by and shipped to FW.

If all these weapons are not connected to murders, why are they in evidence?

  • #76
Shows lying, plus shows what guns they had, and probably shows what ones were suddenly GONE after the murders.

This morning Canepa argued these guns can be tied to G4 via recordings to be introduced later.

Edit: That's what I heard, but the audio is poor.

but they are not the murder guns, so what is the relevance?

Read, before you proceed…..

MOD NOTE:
As a reminder, Mods are not online at all times. There are only a few of us, and there is no way we can read each of our thousands of threads and certainly every post. Posts of concern or question should be reported using the “Report” hyperlink at the bottom of the post.

Additionally, I would like to reiterate that all views and perspectives are invited and welcome so long as they are in alignment with WS TOS. If you disagree with another, you do have options:
1. Scroll By

2. Be curious to others opinions by politely asking why they see things the way they do

You do not have the option to be out right rude to, or condescending towards others. You do not have the option to accuse other Posters or generalize them in the thread as being PRO- Wagner. Some are here to learn and understand the process. Asking questions, and sharing of thoughts by Posters does not open the door to labeling or chastising others in thread.

Good one. Find out more information on why someone feels differently than you do and you will learn something. I have found myself thinking of things differently when I better understand a poster's train of thought.

I think some are on the "Wish List" proving that is a lie and that the list was actual guns they each owned.
