So they put those babies through blood tests? I guess you can get a 3 y/o to pee in a cup on command...but still. To me, it's straight up sadistic how much additional trauma AW inflicted on these children. Sadistic the two fathers ALLOWED her to:

(From Angenette Levy Tweet)

Jake said they never discussed what to say to BCI. They came through Canada from Alaska to Montana and were "interrogated." They then took Sophia and Bulvine to the hospital b/c they said BCI agents gave them "sleepy Kool-Aid medicine." Test results negative

Will there be charges brought against the W4 for insurance fraud or thefts involving their past crimes that have been revealed ?
Does anyone know the details of fraud concerning the Missouri property attempted purchase?
I briefly was trying to find info on statute of limitations on insurance fraud and what I found said 6 years, but maybe there are various things at play. I feel like they would have charged them if they could have. If the last one we know of was the house before moving to Peterson road that is well past 6 years. The truck Jake admitted to wrecking for insurance money was shortly after the murders wasn't it?

I am not wondering if that wasn't also an attempt to harm Chris N. If he was around as they joked about various people being arrested and what they would do I wonder if the W's thought he might figure out they did it and turn on them. Just a thought I had. There are so many crimes in this family, I honestly think nothing was off the table except killing kids.

They are all 4 charged by the state for engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity. I guess any further charges would have to be brought by the affected parties? JMO

It really makes one wonder. Could this be why CN said that he didn't want to be around GW any longer?
Another scary thought, they were ovtr driver's for year's...
I'll leave that there

And all of the screaming and fighting for those years, what a awful environment for babies!
And, no book's !?

What I mean is, if jake, a confessed killer X8 who pled guilty gets to opt out of being seen on camera why can't George who has not confessed or been found guilty have the option of not being on camera?

JMO
Because as witnesses they can opt out, as defendants they cannot. Just a guess.

IMO I believe the meeting in the judges chambers that was put on the record with all legal parties in the court room in attendance and the attorney for the media on the phone agreed to going on with the testimony this afternoon with a hearing scheduled for in the morning. I don’t believe Deering would do anything intentionally to derail this trial. Again IMO
This seems to make sense to me. The judge had time to do whatever judges do to find out what that "immediately" means.

This is so complicated I can't even find out if Jake could even have a new trial if his deal collapsed. He already pled guilty so if his deal collapsed it should only affect his sentencing. Like he would need a DP sentencing trial. A trial to decide if he receives the DP.

As I said, complicated.

Jake appears to be giving what the prosecution wants on a silver platter, implicating George in everything, so I believe his plea will stand and he won't face the DP. Of course he would have to do Billy's trial but he has already implicated Billy many times so I believe his plea would still be good after Billy's trial.

What matters is that the 3 guys end up with LWOP. I want to see all 4 sentenced to prison. Angie with her 30 years, 26 now, no early release and no parole. And see all 3 guys sentenced to LWOP.

When all this happens, hopefully no later than 2023, it really will be over for good. Not the wreckage they caused, but all the justice served. Most likely they will be in high, maximum security prison settings. No "cushy" low security with the more freedom that comes with that. They will probably be locked into their cells alot.

We can find out what prisons they are sent to. Probably keep the 3 guys in separate prisons. Jake for sure being kept away from his dad and brother.
This is the outcome most everyone here wanted when Jake confessed. It’s been disappointing it’s taken so long with outcomes still uncertain.

I’ve never doubted Jake would testify truthfully. Not that he’s a nice guy, he’s a stone cold killer. But there’s no gain and lots to lose by lying. Jakes future is set.

The only possible problem is if GW4 or Billy get a mistrial, acquittal or less than LWOP. GW4s attorneys are still working hard to get one of those three. I said it once before, JMO. Part of the reason they’re pushing so hard to free GW4 is because they didn’t like being beaten at their own game by Angela Canepa. Their job was to get LWOP for their client, and she took that away. Plus, she’s a woman. There are other reasons, too JMO.

Defendants have a right to a public trial under the Sixith Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. It's to prevent kangaroo courts (fake due process)

Maybe in this new age we are fighting over what "public" means, but with reporters and spectators there, it's not going to be a kangaroo court. I get it that people want to see everything. I do too. But "public" just means the we don't haul people into a dark room and try them with no notice of charges, no one watching and no record.

I do think Jake tells the truth about the massacre itself and the cover up. I think he likes to shade things to make Hanna and Beth look like they were the problem and he was a normal guy protecting his child...

Agree. He’s been going by the book from the start.

What's the purpose of a hearing?
I think to decide if there are factors that make it dangerous for the witness to appear on camera.

How did Canepa take away LWOP?

How did Canepa take away LWOP?
I think that was the only thing she could take away. LWOP is not great either. I think avoiding a big expensive trial and saving the families from a 4th trial and getting Jake to tell all was the right thing to do. If George would have said I'll talk, he would have gotten a deal too. I feel like I heard her say in a hearing about removing the DP for George or removing the murder charges (it was a hearing where his defense team filed a motion to remove them) she said all 4 were given the opportunity to talk and get a deal. I recall the defense saying it wasn't fair for him to face those charges when Jake said George didn't shoot anyone and Jake was testifying against him. I think this was also a motivation to remove DP from all. If the shooter is getting LWOP and talking, then there was a question about someone that didn't shoot anyone getting DP. I believe this is where AC said they all had an opportunity to cooperate and Jake took it.

Can we talk about all the missing time the night of the 21st into the 22nd. What do you think they were doing?

We know for sure Chris Sr and Gary were killed around 11pm. Those phone calls Jake said were Chris Sr calling Billy's phone so Billy could "find it"/ Chris would be in a position that Jake had a shot.

So Jake gets the key goes to the grow building, gets the cameras, comes back and bodies are moved by then, they leave out of Chris Sr and Jake (not sure if the others went also) decide to get go over to Frankies and it's locked up so they go back to Chris Sr. and get into Chris Sr truck and drive by Danas.

So murders about 11, how much time does the rest of that take?

We know Dana wasn't home at 1130 or so because she was somewhere.. was it talking to a co worker?? So when they drove by her house she wasn't home, then they decide to drive by Kenneth's.

So let's say they are done at Chris Sr's and then walking to Frankie's and back to Chris Sr by 1145 and drive to Danas is just a mile or less.. then back toward Kenneth's.

I need to go back to the video's they showed the times there were various vehicles passing by.

Going to Kenneth's and back maybe 30-40 minutes max? So let's say they are back by 12:30 from driving by Kenneth's. Then they pull into Chris Srs and walk back to Frankie's and they kill him and HHG. Let's say 30 minutes to park, walk over, get in and kill them, then walk back. 1pm now and they are going to drive to Dana's just less than a mile away and walk right in and kill all 3 of them. Let's say 130 now they are heading to Kenneth's and kill him. Even allowing an hour for that it's 230.

I think I allowed a lot of time in there also that I just don't know if it was even needed. What were they doing? Looking for things to steal. I sorta feel like they might have spent some time at Chris Sr trying to find the key for the safe or to steal things. It seems like they killed Chris and Gary quick and then they had so much time before the rest of the killings.

I will go back to the video times again because I recall thinking there was around an hour and a half it seemed from that 11 killing at the first house and the truck on video going to and from Kenneths. Made me wonder if the motive was also looking for Billy's money.

I took it for granted that these criminals would look for whatever money they could find. Bet they took souvenirs, too.

Yes, to be expected. He can’t accept what he’s done and why.
The whole idea of him somehow try to burn His brother while risking DP himself seems nonsensical. Doesn’t fit.

And Tabi. He got his digs in on her several times.

I know there are women in the world who are attracted to prisoners & set themselves up for getting duped (and that’s on them) but thank goodness Jake Wagner will never be free to prey on innocent women again.

And I doubt any higher court will declare a mistrial just because the media is upset that they are allowed in the courtroom but the trial is not broadcast.
I agree. This doesn’t have anything to do with the case or GWIV’s rights. It is still an Open to Public trial. Many states do not allow any Video or audio recording, so it is a privilege. I just hope Deering doesn’t close it to all cameras. I want to see and hear this case more than anyone. I hate that the trial keeps getting interrupted. I would be happy if they Opt out we at least get audio… tomorrow will be interesting.

Others here have mentioned the podcast Pretty Little Lies. She watches the trial daily & recaps. I've only seen one other, EA's and it was superb! She just released today's events. She IS NOT attending the trial in person. Apparently, when witnesses opt out, she gathers all the tweets she can find, puts them in order & reports from there (sounds time consuming). And she's great at it. I highly recommend. I want to post the link to tonight's episode but not sure it's a WS approved source?

You can find it on YouTube: It's only 37 minutes long.

Pretty Little Lies Day 30: George Wagner Trial Pike County Massacre JAKE WAGNER TAKES THE STAND: Day 2

It was so well put together, I'm going back to watch last nights episode.
