Did anyone recognize the line?

“You tell em I'm coming. And hell's coming with me!”
TOMBSTONE (1993) was released 26 years ago this week.Jan 1, 2020”
Kurt Russell as Wyatt Earp.

There are many short videos of this if you Google.
It’s violent for sure.

MO - probably a Wagner favorite.

I agree. It wasn’t the truck or road noise, it’s how they communicated in that family.

Every time I hear them yelling, I think of one of the texts between Hanna and Jake where she said she didn’t want little S around (or growing up?) with all that yelling. Beth mentioned it in her testimony. It was a household simmering with jealousy, hate & anger with someone always stirring the pot. The very core of that family was rooted in dark secrets, lying, theft, arson and finally murder. They took what they wanted and to heck with everyone else. How do you sustain a lifestyle like that? The answer is you can’t.

Some of these compact cars have more road noise than a semi-truck. Once in a while there's a truck with the doors rattling, but most get parked when they they're that bad. Small companies take them over for city use.

"You're the reason we're in this mess," shouted George.

I think George sounds stressed out and scared he is going to lose his so.
These are both significant points.
First, George knows that "we," meaning the family, are in a "mess." That almost certainly refers to the investigation for the murders of 8 people. That's a mess, all right. But why would GEORGE be in a "mess" if he didn't participate?

In the matter of "losing" his son, it doesn't seem to occur to George that he is fact has caused this same terrible thing to happen to Tabitha, the mother of his son. This son B doesn't even know he has a mother, as we have heard testimony that George will have to tell him that Angela is not his mother.

That is majorly effed up. Imagine--this boy has a living mother who wants time with him and George and Angela not only keep her away, they have convinced the boy that Angela is his mother. (So we learn why Tabitha gets no time with B; how would they explain who the strange woman is that expects B to know she's "mommy." )

George of course would not "lose" his son by sharing 50/50 custody with Tabitha. He would have time with his son and opportunities to bond, to teach values, etc. The problem is that in their family, there can be no mother but Angela. George going along with cutting Tabitha out of their son's life is the indication that he was all in on this highly dysfunctional view of child custody.

It's worth noting that Jake already had de facto 50/50 custody. Sophia was actually with him ad his family on the very night he murdered 5 of them and participated in the murder of 3 others (according to his story). BUT CUSTODY AS NORMAL PEOPLE SEE IT, EVEN 50/50, WAS NEVER GOING TO BE ENOUGH BECAUSE ANGELA WANTED THE MOTHERS TO BE OUT OF THE PICTURE.

Hanna was prescient when she wrote that they would have to kill her to do what they did to Tabitha. She's not talking about custody as in sharing Sophia, which as a normal person she is already doing. She is talking about LOSING HER SON. So George has it backwards. The Wagners don't "take things too far." They literally do not see that other people have emotions or rights or needs.

I'm sorry, after listening to these wire taps I am a firm believer George participated in the shooting! That quick rage and the reports that a few of the victims were shot more than than others. I am very disappointed in the judge not letting the tapes where he was threating the BCI agent and googling his home wasn't played. That is not ranting! I would be upset with the judge if were the family of the BCI agent. Not a good call judge! IMO

Wish I could, I’m headed out of state today. Gonna miss watching. It may be over by the time I get back. Hopefully I can catch up here in the evenings.

EXACTLY!

I have those exact same thoughts every time I hear AW say anything about protecting her family. I get most bent out of shape when I read about or listen to her. She makes me crazy.

I'm hoping defense only takes a few days to present their case.

Good morning from Pike Co. murder trial of George Wagner. Here is the thread from yesterday afternoon. Shows George was clearly part of the family - countering defense opening that he wanted out. First up is defense witness Jon Priest for defense.

Priest is a forensic crime scene specialist from Denver with 31 years on the Denver PD and previously recognized as court expert. He's opted in. Then back to more wiretap recordings for prosecution. Defense has 3 witnesses today.

Good morning. Back in Waverly, OH, covering #GeorgeWagnerIV’s murder trial. Day 41 has started - w/ a defense witness who’s an expert in blood stain pattern analysis. (Prosecution still has not rested)..

Good morning, everyone! Is there a reason the Defense is presenting their case in between recordings, instead of waiting till the prosecution rests? I'm so confused. TIA.

Here’s Priest who ran major crimes for Denver and expert in blood patterns etc

Priest.jpg

He's testified as expert in more than dozen states, hundreds of cases.

He testifies for prosecution about 60 percent of the time.

Defense wants him accepted as expert. But prosecution - Andy Wilson - asks if he has degree. He doesn't. Wilson says more organizations requiring degrees. Was never employee of federal or state investigation. He did work on their behalf.

Never worked in a lab or as tool mark (gun) examiner or other lab work or crime scene analyst full time.

Wilson asks for bench conference.

Judge Deering recognizes him as a crime scene analyst expert etc. @local12
Direct examination resumes. Priest says he's reviewed thousands of pages/photos/videos etc and interviews from Pike Co.

He reviewed interview with Jake Wagner as well. He remembers that specifically - as well as all the crime scene photos.

Priest prepared an analysis of the scenes himself - presented in court.

I can't wait for the prosecution gets to cross this guy. IMO.

I think their witnesses have all come from other states. Possible their flights and plans were scheduled for prosecution to end sooner. There's been so many delays, that prosecution has taken forever.

If no one minds - I am going to wait a bit to gather more than a few tweets at a time... :)

Good Morning!
As we are hopefully inching towards an end to this trial I have a few thoughts. It has been a wild ride and I respect many of you immensely who have been posing from day one. This is all IMO.

George was definitely there. Jake put him there, Angela put him there. 3 guns IMO put him there. I believe Jake lied when he said he took the gun from George to minimize George's part in the murders. After listening to the wiretaps yesterday, I believe George had no problem pulling the trigger taking at the very least, the shot that took off CRsr arm. Listen to the hatred he spews about poor BA, I believe he was just as vocal about HR if not worse because she wasn't bending to the Wagners demands over custody. I wonder if Jake was even present for the entire scene at CRsrs, and also question where the rest of the shots came from there.

I think George shot Kenny and was proud of himself for a little while, boasting the Lone Wolf pic on his FB. Great shot George... right to the eye. All by yourself, You're a Big Boy!

When LEO put on the heat, George lost his crap. He was paranoid. It may have even amplified his already aggressive, pugnacious, demeanor. This is the family BA knew, the family after the "Laser Focus".

I believe Smiley was Sheiderer. Statements he made in court lead me to believe this. Smiley made posts about inside info, searches that both happened and did not happen. He created many seperate threads to keep the conversation on track best he could. And of course, he is sitting in court every day as Smiley said he would be.

I have so many thoughts, and opinions, and gut feelings after 6 years of following closely. George is Guilty of all charges. I wonder if DA has decided if Jake held up his end of the bargain, because all the puzzle pieces did not add up in his testimony IMO he lied about George's involvement on the night of the murders.

Praying justice is served for the R and G families.

That makes sense. Thank you!

How can this expert witness help the Defense? Not impressed.

I don't buy Jake's ridiculous story about taking the gun from George either.
