I thought she looked stunned at that no contact order. It upset her, no doubt about that.

And don't you wonder why she was upset? Her attorneys didn't expect that either. IMO she knew she had messed up bad.

@rsd1200

The court activity thus far has been very brief. If future hearings last 10-12 minutes, how many decades might this go on?

I'm expecting 2-3 years unless someone makes a deal.

I doubt it. Can you please post a link that says live TV is allowed in Jails? Sure isn't in my state.

I don’t have a link but the company I work for provides health care and wellness for the county jail employees. They often talk about the programs the inmates watch, mostly live sports.

They have told me that the inmates are allowed to have DVDs from the library, each inmate is allowed to request two DVDs at a time,

Are you outside the state of Ohio?

Sorry it's a different State. Grew up on the Ohio River but work in a different State. I know a lot of Correction Officers.

I am trying to find the procedural codes for the funeral furloughs in Ohio. From what I can tell so far, there is no way the Wagners could go to a funeral.

In Ohio you could never get a furlough if your considered any type of a flight risk. And I have no doubt that inmates charged with aggravated murder would never get a toe out the door.

Thank you for the link...the audio was much better! I didn't mind the "blocker" this time. Because, AW's face was not as important to me, as was the face of her attorneys. I watch/read faces all day long, more telling than what comes out of their mouths. Today I sensed a little exasperation with their client...definitely a colder physical posture. If I noticed it, you know they felt it. Since AW was attired in the same jail house blues (Gosh, I've always wanted to say that!:D!:D)....it might be not be a stretch of the imagination to think or suggest someone was trying to sneak a message in with the street clothing??
Of course, I am just an armchair sleuth...but after watching RW write feverishly on her own clothing (!!), somehow I don't think it is much of a stretch. RW could watch the whole thing on Ytube or FB with her mother when she got home....she did not have to write on her clothing. The action was not only ridiculous, it was the oddest distraction ever. Was she trying to imply, writing messages on clothing is an "everyday event" in their family....so what's the problem with writing notes on AW's clothing, too?? I just don't think the info from the judge was so unique one needed to ruin a perfectly good pants.

Hope her team can refresh before March. They appeared tired. I bet she’s a pistol & they feel more than frustrated.
The comment “we already told her” (not verbatim) in regards to communications with her family was peculiar, imo. Idk if a private atty would dare say such a thing. But, in the long run, her guys are working for OH, not AW.

Either a glaring mistake or someone took it for insurance. It still seems odd to me that it turned up 10/30/2018. I'm not aware of any search warrants on that date.
I think all involved realized by then that LE was closing in.

There was one interesting arrest on that date....and
Never heard of no TV. No TV in jail cells (prison yes/headphones mandatory), jails have TV in the day rooms, first come first serve with the remote. If it’s game day, they vote what to watch.
A guard can turn the TV off if there’s something coming on that might cause all heck to break loose. Iirc, the day Caylee A was found, they turned the TV closest to CA off.
Now, CW could only watch a TV from his cell, no audio, bc he was allowed to use the day room, only one hour alone, reportedly.
I’ve only heard of a few jails allowing local newspapers.

Any links to support the validity of Live TV in local jails in Ohio? Please? Isn't that what differentiates truth from rumor? TY

Right. Might be some stipulations if you’re a mass murderer, too.

Can you give us any idea as to the arrest? Jail records, county websites, etc?
Thank you.

Yes. I edited my post to say that I have no doubt that someone up on aggravated murder charges would never get a toe out the door. No way.

Please stop asking for links when we have a tag line stating if a link is not provided, it’s opinion.
It’s very disruptive to the thread flow, imo. Tysm

https://www.quora.com/How-much-TV-are-inmates-in-prisons-allowed-to-watch-and-how-many-channels

It depends in their security level, but at a medium security prison in Ohio inmate canown their own small television that they can have in their cell/cubicle and there ar community TV's in the day rooms. The number of channels and their content are limited but they can watch up to 12 to 16 hours a day.

I have never heard of a jail where inmates cannot watch tv. I grew up in Ohio, and when I was ten or so the inmates in the local jail complained to the media that they had black and white TVs and they demanded color TVs. Some local church groups held fundraisers to be able to provide new color TVs for the jail inmates. Strange but true.

All criminals should honestly consider things they might miss, once apprehended.

I don't think the Ws would have a snowball's chance in Hades of going to a funeral, or a bedside visit. A final phone call, maybe. The phone call, and bedside visit, are for the family member, too.

Something makes me think AW might not be having a nice night.
