I’m not sure what I think. I think the bullet wounds and certain aspects of the condition of the victims has something to do with the extensive redaction. I also believe there was intentional over redaction in a sense to cause confusion. Some things that are redacted are easy to tell that it’s simple notations of that specific anatomical site being WNL (within normal limits).

I still do no understand why CR1 was more decomposed than the other 7 victims.

I’m rambling, I apologize. I could go on and on about different aspects that leave me puzzled. As always, all JMO.

Having had another look at autopsy for CR1, all the redacted areas etc. I wonder, had he received any injuries prior to the murders. Had he fallen outside, tripped and caused open wound/s from something on the ground? This could have happened a day or two before the murders, or even a week before maybe. Do we know if CR1 had any medical care or treatment in the runup to the murders?

All just thoughts going through my head.

It really doesn't sound like she would have been out running around, driving and going fishing that day does it? Hmmm.
I agree....
There has been discussion about 4 people that were planning to be at the various crime scenes the night of the murders. They all backed out last minute. Can someone help me remember who they were, which crime scene and their excuse for not arriving as planned?
TIA

I strongly disagree. There would be a great deal of hell to pay, people would be fired and most likely lawsuits filed if they have expended tens of thousands of man hours, analyzed over 700 pieces of evidence and spent more than $2,000,000.00 and had the wrong people.

Although assumed innocent, common sense IMO screams the investigation is right on. Especially with the death penalty specification. None of this investigation was undertaken lightly or hap haphazardly.
My post you replied to was: I don’t believe the W are behind Sheriff Readers subpoena. Not that I don’t believe W are behind the killing. I have only said it looks like they are guilty from the indictment, but I need to see the evidence to decide whether or not I feel they are guilty.

Has Violet Rhoden's murder been solved yet? She was a cousin to the Rhodens on UHR.
How close did VR or any suspects live to UHR?
TIA

This! Either she had a high pain tolerance, or that story is just a story. Survivor's guilt? Especially considering that HMR had been arguing with FR and HHG just two hours or so after giving birth re; CG not being permitted to come see K. Would she leave the infant with CG's sis, so she could go fishing? HHG (and FR) who was pushing for CG to see K? Right or wrong, HMR was adamant that he'd not see K, just a couple days earlier.
I thought maybe she was giving CG a chance to see the baby, or maybe HHG offered to bbsit and give her a few minutes "off" mom duty, planning to give him time with the infant behind her back.
Lots of subplots confusing things.

It was ruled to be suicide.

"While the Pike County coroner ruled the 35-year-old's June 11th death a suicide in late August, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation didn't officially close the case until Nov. 26."

Would opiates prescribed for a surgery be noted in an autopsy?

I think so.
If the drugs showed up in the system, I can't see why they wouldn't be noted.
I am not an ME, so I could be wrong.

IMO

I agree that’s possible. Earlier I posted a link to a publication that was distributed during the 2016 election called “ the Dirty Badge”. It was attributed to a man who denied knowledge of it.

My career was very political, and personally have investigated a good number of these types of complaints, publications and anonymous accusations.

Nothing positive comes from these types of things. Families, especially kids get hurt, marriages suffer and true or not reputations of people not even named or involved are often damaged.

And if investigated the author is usually discovered and motives revealed. Sometimes legal actions are filed creating yet more damage.

Rarely is there anything good that comes if it. And at the start of looking into this type of complain, besides looking into the accusations as a team we would ask who would benefit if these charges are true?

In this case there might be a couple of names but the Wagners would be close to the top. If proven true it could call into question thevhonesty if the Sheriff. And it might be used to prevent his testimony as well as negate any evidence he may have gathered, transported or had custody of duringvthe investigation.

In addition there is evidence a number of people were threatened after the murders andvprior to the arrests. Logically I think it could be a number of people behind this anonymous complaint.

ALL IF THE ABOVE IS MY OPINION BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND MY BELIEF BASED ON MY OPINION TO MAKEVUT VERY CLEAR. IF I POST HERE ITS ALWAYS MY OPINION.

CG said in an interview, prior to finding out she was his, that he'd not seen her, except for pics.

Charlie Gilley, 21, has never held Kylie. But he aches to, he said. He's seen pictures of her.

Maybe she did go fishing? EDIT: It just seems odd to me. I hope she did.

Jmo but I don’t think W are behind this jmo

Do you have an idea of who you think it might be, if not the Wagners?

My post was about W not being behind the sheriff department issues. From the complaint it seemed to be someone close to the department. Jmo

This statement of JW’s has bothered me since the first time I read this article, back in June 2016.

It bothers me even more now that the W family has been charged with the Rhoden murders.

But if he isn't Kylie's dad, and if the courts deem another man suitable to care for her, he will step aside -- at least partially.

"I'm not going to take her," Wagner said. "But I will want mandatory visitation in order to see her regularly."

Right- I knew that you were referring to the issues with the sheriff’s department.

I was just wondering who else it could be.

Do you think it was the W? Do you think the W have friends in the department?

I remember reading that now. CG seemed a little bewildered.
Maybe we'll find out more about the joyride in the trial. If she was hanging out with trusted friends she could have shared concerns.

I came across a new podcast on this case while on fb this evening. It sounds like these women are going to cover lots of information from the last 2 1/2+ years. Hopefully these podcasters keep it up. I enjoyed listening to it.
