I too wonder if someone has rolled. Specifically one of the boys. If they were raised in a controlling and closed off environment there may have been a lot of interigation that ultimately led to identification of what could be considered mitigating circumstances at some level.

Spelling out the potential upbringing and control that led to this being believed to be a "good choice" or "only option" might be just enough to remove the DP and help seal the fate of the leaders in this. I believe fully Angela was a leader in this based on what little has been revealed and found on social media. I also wonder if this may have been another point Billy's attorney was attempting to make when he revealed he had been told Billy was the mastermind but followed up with he only has a 7th grade education.

I struggle the most with the thought of two adult males, still biologically children to Billy and Angela convincing their parents to join a murder plot. I see it being pushed the other way.

*these are opinions with no facts or links to support how George IV or Jake may have been raised.
Or how about the "unsavory type" that might have worn the wire to FW's revenge meeting, supports the "good faith" idea.......
My ramblings, speculation and opinions only.
And, we still don't know who John Doe is.

Very few in the program I read about here, but I think they are more long-term in the program here, but behaviour is a key part, and being able to take instruction from the handler. They get a new dog to work with, after they've trained the last dog. It sounded like a really nice program. I'd probably tame a rat and pretend it was a dog. Honestly, I think I'd just strangle myself, with string of Ramen Noodles.
A cockroach might provide hours of entertainment.

On another note, am I allowed to post something I was told? Do I preface post with RUMOR? I have a comment I’d like to make, based on something I was just told.

RAW is noticeably absent from all court activity except FW’s. Hmmmm.

Do you think one could have actually began rolling previously and pointed to where the silencer or its pieces might be located?

Lol! Metro jails?
Ours don’t allow packages, magazine subscriptions, etc.
(The only thing I’d want for my bday would be the key outta there.)

Noooo! These are in BFE! They're basically just pre-packaged commissary stuff that you can pick out as a "gift". Cost is $35 via the commissary, for a "snack food gift" for example, however, if bought at a Dollar Store, or Wally, it would cost maybe, $10, tops. Some county lock-ups don't have a "gift" option though.

Some allow pictures to be sent and some don't. Each jail is different. It can be frustrating, especially when they start moving folks around and what worked at one jail, may not be copacetic at another.

Oh yea, I know those boxes, but never knew a jail allowed them. State prisons have gift catalogs, lol. I think you must order Xmas in July or August. I looked on WI commie when CW was transferred. Iirc, every quarter, one can get a gift box. My family would not be gifting me if my address was the state pen’.

I think a party close to the W clan did some snooping. Jmo
Remember, every barn and out building FW/RW utilize for animals or equipment probably has the most state of the art surveillance equipment known to man.
Anyone allowed in F’s house could watch every move being made in an outbuilding.
So....maybe a relative thinking things are not quite right might be inclined to view tapes. I’ve even considered no wire or bugs were needed. Someone might have been able to utilize Fred’s own equipment to know what was being said.

Something tells me RW may not be writing on her trousers in the courtroom again.

Actually, though, she wasn't writing down anything the perps wouldn't have learned if they were allowed to watch the hearing themselves. But you never know. I've always thought her "very earnest and loving" presence in all the hearings, along with her crucifix necklace was a message to all the W's to stick together and not turn on each other. Family unity, love of God, etc. So I wouldn't put it past her to come up with the idea of writing things on her trousers in view of the camera.

And there was no twiddling with a cross around her neck today. The cross wasn't there.

Thank you. This was the best audio, for me.
AW was on the verge of tears, near the end. Can her atty not position his chair elsewhere. Hate when they block the defendant.
Thank you for the link...the audio was much better! I didn't mind the "blocker" this time. Because, AW's face was not as important to me, as was the face of her attorneys. I watch/read faces all day long, more telling than what comes out of their mouths. Today I sensed a little exasperation with their client...definitely a colder physical posture. If I noticed it, you know they felt it. Since AW was attired in the same jail house blues (Gosh, I've always wanted to say that!:D!:D)....it might be not be a stretch of the imagination to think or suggest someone was trying to sneak a message in with the street clothing??
Of course, I am just an armchair sleuth...but after watching RW write feverishly on her own clothing (!!), somehow I don't think it is much of a stretch. RW could watch the whole thing on Ytube or FB with her mother when she got home....she did not have to write on her clothing. The action was not only ridiculous, it was the oddest distraction ever. Was she trying to imply, writing messages on clothing is an "everyday event" in their family....so what's the problem with writing notes on AW's clothing, too?? I just don't think the info from the judge was so unique one needed to ruin a perfectly good pants.

Oh yeah! That's a privilege! Don't think her cell sisters weren't watching too!

I doubt it. Can you please post a link that says live TV is allowed in Jails? Sure isn't in my state.

Cockroaches would be a good option! They could be raced, and bets made upon them, and the winner gets the t.v. remote for the day!

Unsure about the rumor, but I'd love to hear it!

How sad for RW she has no friend or relative to accompany her to court.

I think you can google a specific jail & find the amenities they offer.

I thought she looked stunned at that no contact order. It upset her, no doubt about that.[/QUOTE

Especially when her attorney agreed and said he had already told her that. She looked like the cat who swallowed a canary.

Christmas and birthdays are the big ones that folks do the gift thing for however, if the inmate has a s/o on the outside, then they usually do alright.

It’s not a rumor & not specific to this case. Just a thought.

I live in Ky., so it doesn't really apply to Ohio, but a friend called me from jail, to tell me that they just saw a "dude get arrested, over in Lexington, for murdering all those Ohio people". They were watching it on t.v. at the time. Just so happened that I was too. They knew that I followed the case, so they rung me up, from jail. They also talk to me about sporting games that they watch, live.

Never heard of a jail not providing live TV.
Maybe some don’t. Moo

Seriously, it's 2019. I remember the days of VCR and watching movies replay, but most have moved passed that, and realize that a lot of people crammed on top of each other, need some form of entertainment or things get dicey.
