Yes %100 agree! They planned like amatures. What do amateurs do? They are meticulous about not leaving any forensic evidence at the scenes of their murders, we all learn this from TV crime shows.

They wear special shoes, they have brass catchers so as not to leave behind any shell casings, they take down security cameras, they wear gloves, they likely put on ski masks, they move bodies and throw money around to stage the scenes, they come late when victims are in bed and can't fight back, they leave their own cell phones at home, they throw away their shoes and clothes and weapons.

But they don't think about the evidence they leave behind from before and after the murders.

The surveillance and digital tracks from store purchases, the information they share on their computers through e-mails, the text and voicemail trails from their phones, a violent movie left behind, all their social media conversations, the surveillance and hacking into their victim's digital accounts, surveillance on victim's properties and possibly in the victim's homes, forging custody papers, fights/arguments with victims, demanding custody, possibly throwing evidence down a well, leaving behind equipment that shows a silencer was built, getting caught in a web of lies with LE, discussing their crimes too much so they get caught on wiretaps , discussing crimes in front of another family member.......

Sure, they didn't leave their DNA on the bodies, or leave their regular shoe prints, or leave obvious tire tracks, or drop a weapon at the crime scenes. Sure, they thought of it all during those early morning hours when they perpetrated their heinous crimes, but they forgot what most amateurs forget.....
.........all the evidence left behind from before and after the night of the 22nd.

And this is what will "hang" them with the Jury if the Jury convicts them.......All My 2 Cents.......

What really stands out as different from JW list is even though JW was part owner of the Peterson property with his brother GW4, the items from the well aren't listed as discovery for him. Could that mean this well was not on his property? Also Facebook screenshots are listed on GW3's list but not on JW. That seems out of place, should be the reverse. I doubt GW3 was even on social media.

Do you have the actual GW3 discovery list or referring to one of articles written about it? TIA jmo

I will not be surprised if they do not say sexual abuse has happend i have a funny feeling they are going to say they where generation of pedophillias starting with clarence , i have always wondered why and how you could hate a family so much and this would be a huge reason for me to hate someone so much. No. Just because of what happened with Clarence, sophia's great grandfather, does not taint subsequent generations. It does not mean as you say: " generation of pedophiles. "

If your great grandfather did the same you would not want your family's reputation tied up in that. Everyone who commits crimes has relatives somewhere and it has nothing to do with anyone else in the family.

And there is no way on earth that SW was abused as you intimate. Had that occurred, Jake would have presented his evidence in court to get full custody AND kept Sophia with him and NOT have dropped her off every week with her mother.

I DO picture him as the family leader convincing the "tribe " that they could pull this off, that "no way can they prove we did it."

He is ignorant of the law, to think 8 murders would only be handled locally, and just blow over!

They had no clue, in their claustrophobic life, that killing 8 would cause a monumental amount of LE' s wrath to desend upon them.

I will never understand why the motherly instinct of AW didn't kick in and say heck no. How could a mother go along with her sons being part of this? If someone could ever convince me that people needed to be killed (they couldn't) then I would have told BW to not involve the sons. I would have taken the sons spots so they wouldn't be involved etc.

They probably spent a lot of time fantasizing about all the reasons they hated the Rhodens and dreaming up all kinds of horrible criminal activity with piles of hundred dollar bills stashed around. Turns out they killed 8 people for nothing. The W's didn't last a year in AK before going broke. Well, they'll have plenty of time in their prison cells to think about that dumb idea.

Possibly their well. I will have to look into it but as far as I know there is photo evidence of items discovered in a well on their property. I mean photos turned over to the defense as discovery evidence in the case.

Yes! This is what I believed all along @Betty P , that the Wagner 4 ran out of money and returned to Fredericka Wagner (Ohio) for work. We know Billy was working for Fred --- Billy was arrested after taking a horse to a Vet in Kentucky. (Robin Wagner was with her brother Billy at that time.)

Money, in my humble opinion, is why they left Alaska and went back to Fred.
