DS was supposed to spend the night with KR according to what he told news media. It was never said he was supposed to meet KR early. I was under the impression someone at the church gathering called DS to check on KR. DS picked up KR's son and brought him along.
In MY OWN OPINION ONLY, I have always thought DS was there previous to bringing BR with him....

I found the link to the DS quote. After reading it (unless misquoted by the media) it appears KR usually left early to work on cars but DS didn’t receive a call from him. So I assume KR knew DS changed his mind and stayed elsewhere. So I guess DS must have thought their plans changed since he didn’t get a call. MOO. I did talk to a camera seller and installation guy. He said that it can be done that CR could watch KR camera's and KR could watch CR's cameras. There are ways to set it up even if KR had spotty cell service and no wifi.

That's my theory about Why Kenny. I think he might have been able to watch what was happening at CR's in real time or he would have had it stored on his drives.

So, if we go with the theory KR and CR could each see some of the same camera views then it’s possible that KR was killed first (to prevent him from interrupting at CR’s). But to do that some of the surveillance had to have been removed or jammed beforehand so CR wouldn’t find out, or there were 2 simultaneous teams. That also makes sense that perhaps the Wags started at the Flying W to KR then to FR/HG (to eliminate the males who could be the biggest threat) then to the big prize of all, CR. Maybe they took GR first which woke up CR. DR’s home was most likely last cuz my theory is she had to unwind and may have been watching tv while in the recliner. She may have fallen asleep in the chair. This is all just my theory of course.

Yes, there's a need for some to revisit KR's murder and the reasons behind it. Until all the facts are revealed to the public, I don't think some folks will be satisfied. It may end up being like the legends of DB Cooper or Sasquatch.

As traumatic as that day was for all the family, can you really believe that DS would return to the crime scene to clean up any stray cash or MJ? I don't think KR had much money.

I think he was there and noticed things that LE would confiscate and decided that was a waste. When he went back with BR, there would be proof his fresh prints and DNA should be there... As I said, MY OPINION ONLY.

KR lived in a camper you know that right? He didn’t have a bathroom and you think he had cameras where he could keep an eye on UHR? He probably had trail cams and that was it MOO

Wouldn’t that have been grounds for obstructing justice and tampering with a crime scene? Just a question, I don’t know for sure.

There used to be quite a few of Left Fork Rd. Some are probably no longer available or links no longer work. I've kind of give up on posting more photos there. It's just too time consuming trying to go back, curate and put in relevant old ones. I spend so much time working on past reference items, I don't have much time left to follow new developments in the case. I certainly encourage others to fill up the Media & Timeline thread with photos and video, both old and new.

Nope! Sorry Betty, It has to be you!....LOL....;) But this case is too big with 6 defendants, 6 trials, 8 victims and 3 families etc... I think we need at least 1 or 2 more threads for the information, like one is a timeline with MSM articles and one is for the pre-trials and the actual trials.

Sorry, just thinking out loud. I will help in any way if I don't GLITCH! (anyone see Wreck It Ralph?)

The great thing about WS is that people have different opinions/theories and are free to express them.

That is still my theory tho.

jmo. moo.

You still have it wrong. KR worked in Columbus for an Electric Company. He didn't leave early go to Columbus to work on cars. His daughter thought that was at his job with the electric company. Only DS, and DS alone, has ever said that he and KR were supposed to work on cars early. No one else has ever said that. DS's comments make no sense. If he was supposed to spend the night with KR and did not, why would he say, "when I didn't hear from him I went to the camper" when everyone else thought KR was at his regular job?

From the article you listed:
"Stone said he was due to have spent the previous evening with his cousin and slept overnight there adding: 'If I had, I would have been victim number nine. I feel lucky about that and to be alive today.'
He said: 'Kenneth would normally padlock the camper where he lived from the outside when he left.
'I was supposed to meet him the night before and go to work on some cars with him in the morning.
'When I didn't hear from him I went to the camper and it was unlocked and his truck was outside and I felt there must have been something wrong.""

Not if LE does not know he did that. They can only charge someone if they know they did something illegal...

This is very good! I¿

This is a great shot and thankx for linking it. I was also enjoying the Websleuth's posts from back then in May 2016 (where the link goes.) I could spend all night reading the older posts on this thread. It's especially interesting to read the poster's theories from 3 years ago who are still posting now.

Have they changed much? There wasn't much information out back then. Still not a lot of information now, either.

BBM And in this same article as previously linked it says “'It was the afternoon and he would normally be out working on cars at 5.30 am.'” It’s possible he may also go to work at 5.30 am, especially if he travels to Cols but getting up to work on cars is pretty early too. JMO

The cost of prosecuting and defending the four (each have court-appointed
attorneys) is expected to exceed $4 million, according to Republican state Rep. Shane Wilkin, the Highland County Republican co-sponsoring House Bill 85.

Ohio House passes bill to help Pike County pay for mass-murder trial

Do you agree with giving people convicted of aggravated murder the death penalty? 20 States abolished it.

I'm wondering if MAXIMUM SECURITY would be a better alternative. Death row inmates in Ohio can sit there for 20 years, so why not instead just do MAXIMUM SECURITY? No, not level 2 or 3, but a lifetime of MAXIMUM SECURITY. (Level 4)

Don't get me wrong. Killing 8 people deserves the DP. But is it the best result? I don't know. I'm just throwing it out there, wondering what ya'all think. The DP is such a big thing in these trials. A very serious thing. And would it be more hurtful for Hunter and Sophia? Jake's daughter and GW4's son?

Whatever you want to think no matter how ridiculous it is, is just fine with me...

Was it not just a few weeks ago we were discussing the state accepting a plea deal to save to State of Ohio money and most everyone was against doing that?

Let the state of Ohio sell Flying W Farm to pay all fees!
