  • 12/14/2018 (34) DEFENDANT'S MOTION IN LIMINE TO PROHIBIT THE PREJUDICIAL DISPLAY OF TANGIBLE THINGS AND/OR PHOTOGRAPHS DURING TRIAL FILED
  • 12/14/2018 (35) DEFENDANT'S MOTION IN LIMINE TO EXCLUDE PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE DECEASED FILED
NOUN
(tangibles)
  1. a thing that is perceptible by touch.
  • Why keep tangible evidence away from the Jury? You have to present all the evidence in front of the Jury. (I assume this includes photos of tangible evidence)
  • I get that Angela and her attorneys don't want crime scene photos of the victim's shown, but some will need to be shown to the Jury, and will be shown, in my opinion.
  • But I'm not getting the request to keep some of the tangible evidence away from the Jury.
In U.S. law, a motion in limine (Latin: [ɪn ˈliːmɪˌne]; "at the start", literally, "on the threshold") is a motion, discussed outside the presence of the jury, to request that certain testimony be excluded. The motion is decided by a judge in both civil and criminal proceedings. It is frequently used at pre-trial hearings or during trial, and it can be used at both the state and federal levels.

The reasons for the motions are wide and varied, but probably the most frequent use of the motion in limine in a criminal trial is to shield the jury from information concerning the defendant that could possibly be unfairly prejudicial to the defendant if heard at trial.[1] Other reasons arise under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for failure to comply with discovery.[2][3][4]

JMO, they want those graphic photos out so the jury doesn't see how brutal the murders were. Especially when they see those 2 infants covered in their own parents blood. That will go a long way in gaining distain for the defendants and sympathy for the victims. It shows a level of brutality and callousness that jury's can't relate too and dehumanizes the defendant. I'd want as much of the crime scene pic and autopsy photos out as possible if I were the defendants. She also wants juvenile records unsealed in witnesses I believe, so they have a shot at discrediting them

Thanks for sharing this. In Exhibit 8, I only thought of one question as I don’t use e-bay to be able to check. Do you have to be signed in to see your purchase history?

It also looks like condition might say “now” instead of “new” and “soarch for anything”. Maybe it’s just to blurry to tell for sure.
Edit: I’m going with too blurry...

Also did the bulletproof vest that the attorney JO found a protective plate with the date of 4/29/2016 did the other protective plates have the same dates on them?

Your right, He replied nothing e-legal

In the extended version Cool Cats posted on 4/20, Billy said.
“LeathermanTool on my right....

I had never heard of a LeathermanTool so I googled.
There are several, and one or more can be considered weapons.
Just saying....
I’ll admit, the officer did not seem concerned, but was it edited?

Long ago, there had been RUMOR of an unusual item being used at CRsr scene.
How many people know what a Leatherman Tool is?
Some are expensive.
I never heard of it.
Just putting this out for discussion if anyone has a comment

Cool Cats, can you please repost the video.?

I think they are basically like a Swiss Army knife. Multi-tool kind of deal.

I didn’t see a pic of the plates for the Moty. It only looks like a pic of the label sewn into the actual vest.

To read it with a closer view, look at top right in blue letters where it says Original Document (PDF)
Then click on it and it will load on your device as a PDF FILE. I did this and now all 8 EXHIBITS are greatly enlarged.

The words are still blurry in EXHIBIT #8, not sure why, but the 2 words are "new" and "search"
but for some strange reason the letter "e" looks like the letter "o". Hopefully the defense has a better copy!

I assume you need to be logged in to see your eBay purchase history, but someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I have not used eBay in a long time but you used to be able to look at another's feedback, both what they sold and what they purchased. A link was with the feedback so that you could see the item that was bought/sold. As I recall, the feedback was always available but the link for the items disappeared after some time (about a year as I recall) after the review.

ETA you do have to be logged in if you want to see a list of your own purchases outside of the feedback system.

I remember that now, it's been a long time since I've used eBay. Thankx.

It looks like detailed feedback which allows you to view the item and link is removed after 90 days.

CC, until FW and her attorney produces some legitimate, authentic receipts, this point is moot IMO.

Thank you. Now reread your comment to me... You used a citing of an article that included all charges.
You chose to only reference your thoughts to the court filing. If you do not understand what you are
saying and writing, please research further. JMO

FSC, I learned the hard way, thanks to you.

You are correct, they interviewed him. It's the division for child advocacy

And AW has to listen to that interview. I hope she falls to pieces every time she even thinks about it.

Let's see...RR's hospital photos were in JW's Discovery. And BR's video interview in AW's Discovery. Wonder whose Discovery will wind up with that precious baby's hospital intake photos and audios? Soooo much Discovery yet to come, lest we forget...JMO

They all will. Look at their indictments, almost identical. A lot of the same evidence, but of course there will be differences. However, LE likely doesn't even know who exactly was at each house, and who shot who, but it's enough if they can prove they were there.

Jake's discovery is from December, and Angela's is Supplemental Discovery from March.

We haven't even seen Angela's first batch or Jake's 2nd batch etc..

Like you say, sooo.... much more to come, like I say, we are seeing the tip of the iceberg.

Just My Opinions.....
