Someone earlier in the thread who is very familiar with NCH's CAC shared that info with us. Thanks to him or her, iir the name, we're certain that it's the children's hospital. No one had a clue up to that point. Thanks again poster whose name I can't remember.

I think they probably used pistols. He are firearms w/silencers used in a home setting. No ear muffs needed.

Those little babies had to hear and go thru all that, being alone for hours some laid in blood, the death penalty is to good for the killers, they need to suffer, I pray that prison justice is going on right now.

I can't imagine how they did it once, let alone eight times over. If found guilty, they'll be getting a new, and scary home, til the day they depart this earth. I agree, no DP, let them live their lives out, there, in that horrible place.

We don't know yet if there was a homemade silencer/suppressor, or more than one, or even if what was found belonged to Billy - just that something like that was found in a well October 30, 2018, possibly constructed from part of a Maglite.

IMO, that means LE was already investigating the possibility of a silencer/suppressor used in the murders; probably because 'fluff' from packing fibers were found at the crime scenes, and likely in the close-range wounds.

Please see Count 9 of the indictment that alleges BW bought the parts to build a silencer... and ...building a silencer. All 4 are charged the same. I believe in light of this information, the silencer was homemade. JMO

The bathroom being where they were found seems odd to me. In a closet, a drawer, even in a pile of clothes in a bedroom but in the bathroom? I don't think LE on the raid would have moved them into a bathroom. That first picture is how they found them, I believe.

They said they were found in his bedroom. Maybe they took them in the bathroom for better lighting? I thought they'd take pics of the location they were found too, though.

I thought all 4 of the Ws up for murder waived their right to a speedy trial. No?

Yes they all did. GW4's is waived until July 2019, but it could be waived again. Jake's is waived until January 2020. Angela's is waived until late 2019, and GW3's is waived but I don't know the dates mentioned. Correct me if I'm wrong on any of this.

It's unusual to do a death penalty case quickly. And they are bogged down with incredible amounts of evidence. The defendants can keep waiving their rights to speedy trials as long as their attorneys need them to do so.

I'm thinking Jake might be first. Opinion only. I think the first will be in 2020 and what a year that will be. Trump running for reelection, the Olympics held in a Country that still has levels of radiation being discovered, and Wagner trials. What's this world coming to? Buckle up people!
