Edit: I somehow get the feeling that G3 did not keep a tidy bedroom nor bath. Maybe they were just laying there in the bath adjacent to his bedroom.

Do you know how many mistakes keep getting reported about this case? I mean the wrong information gets reported, I'm still seeing it happen. My opinion only, but I think it was reported wrong about the vests being found in GW3's bedroom rather than bathroom.

Now I am no crime scene professional, but even I know that when they tag evidence with numbers at the scene of a search, like the 2 BPV's are tagged, they don't move them. They tag them where they find them. This is likely a bathroom adjacent to Billy's bedroom.

Now I guess we will find out for sure this July during Fred's trial. I could be wrong, but guess we will find out in just a few months.

LE certainly has good enough cameras to flash enough light to take pics wherever they find things and I would think getting the exact spot where things are found recorded, is very important part of a raid. Yes I agree, that bathroom does look quite cluttered.

The bathroom being where they were found seems odd to me. In a closet, a drawer, even in a pile of clothes in a bedroom but in the bathroom? I don't think LE on the raid would have moved them into a bathroom. That first picture is how they found them, I believe.

Some of us had the impression they were in a hidey hole, crawl space, closet of similar storage area accessed from the bathroom or hallway adjacent to the bathroom. It was really like a spa bathroom, newly redecorated with a spa tub, sauna, built in electric fireplace. Quite the special place.

How is someone found dead alongside a rural road found to not be a homicide? An accident? Another "suicide"? Is there some reason they can't provide the cause of death? Is it because the toxicology report won't be complete for some time? So how do they know it's not a homicide?

Someone earlier in the thread who is very familiar with NCH's CAC shared that info with us. Thanks to him or her, iir the name, we're certain that it's the children's hospital. No one had a clue up to that point. Thanks again poster whose name I can't remember.

Fletcher from Alaska. He said it's Nationwide Children's Hospital (NCH) and the Child Assessment Center (CAC) is for abused and traumatized children and families to get specialized treatment. Brently's mom confirmed BCI had her take him there, to Columbus.

A video of this is now in evidence in at least one Wagner's discovery. I assume it will be used in more than one Wagner discovery. I see this as significant, there is something on that video that actually has enough information to be given to the defense as evidence against their client.

Billy will say he got that tattoo on his trigger finger because he was afraid and didn’t want people to mess with him. He tried to act mean and intimidating and in fact wanted people to think he did it so they would stay away from him. He got that tattoo out of nothing but fear and to act tough. The boondocks video clip the sane reason. He wanted people including LE to think he did it

Most definitely. That child saw and/or heard something that night. It would have been impossible for them to not at least hear something. Two or three adults broke into their home, walked around and into BR's dad's bedroom and killed him and HG. He would have heard gunshots, the killers talking and his baby brother crying. There's no way that little baby didn't cry after both his parents were shot dead right next to him.

Brentley was probably wide awake the rest of the night until hours later when BJM arrived to grab him and his brother.

If the receipts are false, then I feel she runs a greater risk of future charges of obstructing or falsifying. She and the legal team have to know the state will compare her receipts with those they subpoena themselves from eBay and PayPal. I can't see why she would take the added risk. JMO

Why would he want LE to think he did it? Are you saying that someone else killed the R's and Billy is trying to take the fall so the people in PC will think he is a tough guy?

I'm sorry, Betty, but I have to disagree. That bathroom is most disgustingly dirty and reeks of horror, in that a human would live there. I see two bulletproof vests, bleach, a very strong cleaner, white all over the floor probably from the bleach, a nasty bathtub that hasn't been used in forever...on and on. Reminds me of a murder scene on Criminal Minds. Sorry, JMO

There must be something that was on the interview that the prosecutors think they can get admitted and that won't be dismissed as inflammatory. I agree with you. It's possible it could be direct evidence against an accused.

Unless he can refute the evidence, what he says won't matter. Besides, he will not testify against himself. But whoever did that tattoo could testify what Billy talked about during it. Or he may have bragged to many, or the Prosecution may have recordings of him telling others. My point is WE DON'T KNOW the evidence. JMO

One of her FB friends also died in Sept 2018 in Huntington WV. Sure is alot of coincidental deaths happening around there right now. Jesus! Someone is putting out some hits on a whole lot of people! And the only big thing there seems to be the R murders. I'd be getting out of Dodge in a heartbeat and praying I lived to get out of there. JMO but these deaths are getting ridiculous.
