I’ve been reading the last few days of posting, you fellow poster have been talking about a slingshot and the crime scene being tampered with, I have been setting here all day comparing the Rhoden family crime scene with other crimes scenes and it is JMO but I really think that the Wagners took other stuff with them besides having shoes on like other people wore, they planted evidence to frame other people ( Maybe JM) it was like Mike DeWine said this murders was well thought out in advanced and Reader said that lies, so many lies, where told to LE, also the Wagners watched the Rhodens for months, they new all the Rhoden family routine, so they could have had things stashed around the Rhoden property, a few hairs, a piece of rugs or maybe a old shell casings, it’s no telling what the Wagners did to put LE on someone’s else’s trail but all of it added up to be Premeditated Murders, the Wagners are no longer human they have a dark soul it is hard to say this not knowing if the Wagners are judged guilty or not guilty yet but almost all of you people feel the same way that I do, myself if I was in FW place I couldn’t stand behind my family if I New they killed people like it was reported and to leave little babies lying in their parents blood for hours just blows my mind, I truly think that she could have had something to do with it, it just don’t add up JMO. If the Wagners planned these murders out for months what did they think the outcome was going to be, 1 was that they used enough things at the crime scene to make it look like someone else did it, 2 go to Alaska and live and if LE started tracking them down they would take a boat to Canada, 3 if one or more got caught the others had to break them out of jail, 4 if DeWine, Reader or BCI started checking them out they would kill them.
The Wagners wasn’t that smart they really thought they had got away with the Rhoden and Gillie murders but DeWine con the cons he got on TV around mid March 2018 and made an announcement that the BCI had no evidence to take to the grand jury that’s when he sucker the Wagners back to Ohio and then (Boom) your arrested, God Bless M. DeWine, C.Reader, all the LE that had any to do with this case and God Bless Lenard Manley for not being afraid of the Wagners and Screaming Out for justice and reporting to who he thought killed his family.

I'd like to see him on the stand, but I'm not getting my hopes up. If anyone takes the stand, I think it will be AW and maybe JW. They seem to be the talkers in the family.

After watching this video, I am almost certain, IMOO, that someone in the same household probably heard the shots but maybe it wasn’t heard outside. It strengthens my opinion that CRjr most likely was aware of what was happening. BR may have heard something and perhaps AW tried to cover his ears. JMOO.

Excellent analysis, Johnny B Bad! Very good. The Wagners thought they had it figured out, but they were outsmarted. Interesting theory about DeWine making a statement last March that may have made them come back to OH from AK.

Agree with your blessings, especially for Leonard Manley who had the courage to stand up to the Wagners. Len and his family experienced some very scary times after the murders, no doubt. He knew how to light a fire under people who needed it, too. God Bless all of Leonard's family. They certainly had more than their fair share of pain and suffering with the loss of their family. We'll always have a special place in our hearts for them here at WS.

How is someone found dead alongside a rural road found to not be a homicide? An accident? Another "suicide"? Is there some reason they can't provide the cause of death? Is it because the toxicology report won't be complete for some time? So how do they know it's not a homicide?

From browsing her FB, and searches, and watching her defend herself in a forum, I think that AW could be a very conniving individual, and was, in part, probably the reason the boys' women up and left. I could be wrong, but I get the feeling that she and FW were not bffs. Not that she won't use whatever she can to avoid a guilty verdict, or DP. One can learn from their nemesis. I've got several thoughts on how all this went down. So many questions. So few answers.

This was a post I made, from 7/4/17. It sounds like he's saying they took more than a blanket, so a pillowcase wouldn't surprise me. The video is no longer attached to the article, but I'd quoted the below, from the video, at the time:

After thinking about it, you are correct.
We don’t know for a fact that it was a homemade silencer.

If I had to speculate though, I would say 90% chance it was homemade. Possibly made by someone else, not Wagners, who didn’t know the intended purpose. Just my opinion.

In a prior post you mentioned possibly fibers from the silencer were left behind, due to close contact with victims.

I agree with you about it being homemade - thought it was, ever since the Maglite finding, meaning I don't think the murderers had someone manufacture one for them.

If these shooters did have a homemade silencer/suppressor, they may have not been experienced regarding the identifiable fluff or packing left at the crime scenes, or in the wounds, or the extent that forensic investigators go to collect and analyze that type of evidence. So I agree with you that it would be a major error for the shooters to not evaluate uniqueness of their materials.

It just takes a lot to consider every aspect of committing a murder, then to commit times eight ... the factors multiply exponentially - moo - just saying. ...and I don't see any of the accused as a maths genius.

The bathroom being where they were found seems odd to me. In a closet, a drawer, even in a pile of clothes in a bedroom but in the bathroom? I don't think LE on the raid would have moved them into a bathroom. That first picture is how they found them, I believe.

Looking at the color picture from a few threads back, it appeared the BPVs were photographed (#27 and #28) in a bathroom/laundry/shower/sauna type room, that had tubs and tiles.
IIRC it was said they were found in FW's son's room at her house.

The vests were not purchased until after the crimes so no they weren’t not used

The plates on one vest were dated as manufactured after the murders, but not of both vests; the purchase dates, on receipts provided several months after the GJ testimony and prosecutor requests, have not been authenticated, according to the statement in court by special prosecutor AC.
