MISSING | Ashtabula woman last seen one week ago

Rand Hilal Al Dulaimi, 23, was last seen July 9. Authorities say Al Dulaimi is believed to have last been seen at a Ninevah Road home in Saybrook Township and disappeared under "suspicious circumstances".

Al Dulaimi was reported missing by family on July 11th. She was last seen at a house on Ninevah Road in Saybrook Township two days earlier.

A neighbor said Al Dulaimi was estranged from her husband and was surprised to see him at the apartment with her son last week. “He came in last Monday with her and bags of groceries which I thought was odd. I noticed he also had bleach."

“I am very worried about her,” said Coletta Carlisle, one of Al Dulaimi’s friends. “She would never leave her son Omar. This is not like her.”

Ex-husband of missing Ashtabula mother is named as a person of interest

The Ashtabula County Sheriff's Office has named the ex-husband of a missing Ashtabula mother as a person of interest in her disappearance.

Her ex-husband was arrested on July 14 on a parole violation. He is currently being held in the Ashtabula County Jail.

The bleach is seriously bad news. If someone cleans a crime scene thoroughly with a bleach solution, residual cleaner makes the entire crime scene produce the typical blue glow of luminol (used to detect minute amounts of blood) which effectively camouflages organic evidence such as blood. However, that's like painting a giant sign that says "I cleaned up a crime scene here", as the effort to clean up blood is obvious as may be the route of exit from the crime scene and drag marks as the body is moved. AND if there are cracks in the floor they may still get a solid "hit" even if the overall surface was wiped down with bleach. Also, the father (POI) abducted his son a year ago and was caught. Search for missing Ashtabula woman

Her son, Omar, is safe and with children services. Friends and family say she would not have left without her son.

Rand’s sister, Rula Al Dulaimi, in Turkey, says she is very worried.

“She loved Omar. She would never leave him. I am very, very worried about her safety,” said Rula.

Rula is trying to get an emergency VISA so she can come to Ohio and help look for her sister. She also wants to be here fo

The search for a missing woman resumed Friday morning at the property of her estranged husband in Ashtabula.

Drones were being used to comb the area.

Sheriff Bill Johnson says Rand Al Dulaimi has been missing for over a week. She was reported missing by family on July 11.

Her estranged husband, Jeffrey Stanley, has been named a person of interest in the case. He’s been in the county jail for the last few days on an unrelated charge.

Ashtabula County Sheriff Bill Johnson says deputies are once again searching for a missing young mother.

Rand Al Dulaimi was reported missing on July 11. Deputies searched last week in an area near her estranged husband Jeffrey Stanley’s home.

Doesn't look like a very nice guy by those charges!
In the divorce docket info it appears that Rand had filed for a temporary restraining order against him and it was granted (9-20-17).

The Sheriff called it "unrelated charge" but I hope they can find the relation. The bleach makes me think she is dead and he did it.

Sheriff: Body discovered in search for missing Ashtabula mother

Investigators discovered the body of an unidentified woman while searching Tuesday evening. Though police said it's too early to confirm whether the body found in a wooded area off of North Bend Road is Al Dulaimi's, he confirmed the search for her has ended.

The Ashtabula Star Beacon reports the Ashtabula County Coroner's Office on Thursday said 23-year-old Rand Hilal al Dulaimi died from neck compression and a blunt-force head injury.
