Where are the rules for this sight? In the past I have said some things that went against the rules and I want to be sure I don't do that again. The only reason I am on here is because Sierah was my cousin and I want to be up to date with everything and you guys sometimes have documents that are super helpful and it's nice to discuss. Sometimes it's hard to discuss with family because I don't always know the right things to say on such a sensative topic. So yea I completely don't know the rules or anything because I have only used this when she first dissapeared and now.

I think that indeed is why he left that scene that night, as he knew he may have been spotted, and took the motorcycle through the cornfields towards his house vs. on the road. Then later came back with truck.

There's so much to bring one to tears... knowing that her mom perhaps drove by that scene when she was there.. from link... as the scene is VERY near on the same road as the g'mas house. And someone picked up his helmet prior to him returning with the truck. (it is on the 20th evidence sheet)

Sheila and her mom live right next door to each other. It's a distance away because it is country, but their houses are next to each other. Sierah was taken in between her moms house and her grandmothers house (where she lived)
so she had passed her moms house by a few hundred feed and was Within a few hundred feet of her grandmas house (where she was going)

Yesterday I was reviewing old thread that referred to you as a verified insider on this case. But usually, it is noted below your name. That gives you more leeway on what to say. The process is here, and you may have already gone through that? You could contact an moderator by hitting the alert button to have under your name "verified insider"? The State is up first as we know. Then Defense. I'm really not sure who they could call for a Defense witness. The State has an incredibly strong case. IMO his Defense is there to see that he gets a fair trial. Which we are all afforded. I have followed cases in which Defense has called no witness until Penalty Phase. Mitigating factors.

Got an update from my mom. Today they showed pictures of Worley after he was arrested. He was covered in scratches and gouges all over his body. He had a huge chunk taken out of one of his thumbs. Our Ce fought him hard! I just wish it had been enough :'(. He looks sickly in person maybe it's cause he is rotting in a room now. He must have been allot stronger a few years ago. He is a pretty large guy.

Also someone found a shovel a few months after Ce was found in a near by field. They didn't report it till a week after they found it.

Aparently it was pretty boring today. They mostly just went through Worleys purchases. I guess there were tons of small ones in a row. Likely and langeri.

I herd his sister will be a witness and his brother as well as Robin Gardner. I was wondering if his brother and sister would be called by the state or by defense or possibly even by both? I am guessing they are going to try to make him into this wonderful person who was just taking care of his mentally ill brother and his dieing mom and it drove him to madness or something like that.

They also have to submit witness list to the court as the prosecution has done. We know that the state had 40 (from MSM) and were halfway that number. The defense often, from cases I have followed) will have on their list, imho,
experts to rebut the evidence given by the state,
and other witnesses for their mental state, character or *cough* alibi, (as Bravo said, they have sentencing/mitigation, but are sometimes there in CIC to mitigate..often are thrown in during the case in chief)

Most of the time in cases, the lists indeed are mutually exclusive, but sometimes they are on both lists. You'll know who these folks are as when they are done with the state case in cheif testimony, the defense atty will ask the judge not to release them, but instead, have them subject to recall. When this is done, the person (unless LE) is not allowed to stay in court and hear testimony..

Therefore, you might assume that if you aren't seeing someone that is a family member of the the defendant, that they either aren't supporting him at all, or they are going to be called as a defense witness. There are exceptions to this, but usually you would know that they have been given an exception.

This is my first time on this site and am so happy I found it, as I have been following this case since the beginning. I live in Wauseon, not too far from this tragedy and where the trial is going on. Although I did not know Ce, I have felt much sorrow over her death. Living so close to her and going to UT myself, I cannot help but to think of the possible times we had crossed paths. Every single day I pass County Road 6 and 7, and every single day my heart drops as I say a prayer for Ce. Today I felt compelled to drive by the memorial along County Road 7 where she was found. As tears streamed down my face, I told her that justice is going to be served and she means so much to even those that did not know her. To all of her family and friends, I am so sorry that this horrible monster took such a beautiful soul from you all. As a community, we must rally together to make sure that this never happens to another person.

Also, thank you to all of the members of this post. All of the information shared has helped shed light on this case, as the media has done very little to inform the public. The lengths the judge has gone to block information from this trial is truly horrible. However, in the end I just can't wait for JW to be sentenced for this horrible crime.

Thank you for joining us here, as we wait for justice for Sierah. I am in Michigan, but we often take weekend day-drives to the area of Lyons, Metamora, Wauseon, etc., and have always enjoyed the slow-pace of the country. We were in Lyons last weekend, and I felt a pit in my stomsch kmowing we were so close to Ce. I doubt I will ever go near there agsin withiut feeling her presence and sad loss to all of us. We have become a family of sorts here ... welcome to our clan. Glad you found us.

How tragic as it was mentioned in an article that her step mom was fearful of such. I do hope that was submitted, but doesn't need to happen if she is called as a defense witness. I don't see how.
