Defense doesn't want RG anywhere near the stand. State will call her IMO
I am specifically interested in hearing about the source of the male DNA found under Sierah's fingernails. MR, the investigator, mentioned this when she discussed taking the DNA profiles from JK and some of the LE who excavated the burial site to exclude them as contributors. Especially with today's pictures of the scratches on Worley, it will make the prosecution's case that much stronger.
I am really missing the livestream and video coverage. I understand protecting undercover officers, not displaying graphic images on video, etc. But we are past those specific witnesses now. Does anyone know if the livestream will come back?
?
Why would approval of the Dept. of Justice be needed?
I need some ideas here, because the first thing that comes to mind is that there is information about other victims on there, and I will drive myself nuts.
Please help - I have no idea if my thought is even remotely reasonable and would like some reasonable input from non-nearly-nuts peoples.
Do you think this will be allowed as evidence. Its key IMO...but it is a crime that he supposedly paid his dues for, so I am not sure if they will allow it.
I'm a local and following this case closely!
There are tweets from a writer for my local newspaper - am I allowed to post those? I don’t see anyone else posting them and I think it’s because it’s a small town paper people might not know about them?

I think there were questions a couple days ago on whether he was legit or not when he mentioned the US Attorney stepping in before anyone else did. I think he's legit though.
I'm not going to post it because my post got deleted when I shared from him last time, but it can be found on twitter searching #WorleyTrial.
I'm surprised the cell phone analyst wasn't on the stand longer. Usually defense spends a great deal of time attempting to discredit the findings of the state analyst before bringing in their own later
