This is interesting to me . Little and Oriah ?? Follow the dogs? Way weird.

It doesnt look like what it should be looking like. I am not sure I am on topic but I am not sure I am off of it either.

Are you referring to the River Park area, Soul?

I wouldn't put anything past LE, honestly (well, I wouldn't put anything past ANYONE, period!)...it does intrigue me that Sheriff Beauchamp made himself so available to speak about the case, though. Haven't WS members spoken to him personally and found him helpful?
Weren't other LE officers at the scene for awhile before he was called in, as well? That's how it sounded on the ID show.

Oriah, you've been up there on the mountain, right? This probably seems like a silly/dumb question...but how did you feel up there? Does it feel like a truly sinister area where people often vanish, as others have said?

BBM:

We have. (And there's no such thing as a dumb question!)

Let me put it this way... I believe criminal behavior exists everywhere. But the density of a criminal population seems to increase under certain circumstances- such as those involving substance abuse, lack of education, money or lack there of, abuse of positions of authority, mental illness, and family/community issues- including religion.

I think that the disappearance of the Jamison family embodies nearly all of the risk factors for criminal behavior- either falling victim to it- or committing it.

Yes,does it ring any bells for you?

I am trying to figure out ,yet another conflicting image.

BTW Those addresses dont look fit for a dog ,do they?
Maybe I got the address wrong...Looks like SAR would have to go find the owners of the property if they stepped to far out of their back door doesnt it?

Yep it does, Soul.

With all due respect, I actually did not/have not found Sheriff Beauchamp helpful at all.

Calling repeatedly, leaving messages for return calls- and then not getting them- and then kind of disappearing himself... well I just don't know.

But that's just me, of course.

Actually, not all that off-topic at all Soul.

<Individuals seeking assistance from 1SRG should contact us before asking for an official request from the appropriate agency to ensure that the process is conducted efficiently and all parties are operating with accurate information concerning the situation and expectations>

Ummm...not so much.

Other way around, folks.

QUESTION: Would the AG's office be able to prompt an investigation? Re-open it if the case is filed as "cold" or "closed"?...
QUESTION: Does any1 w/past experience w/them know if the FBI's cold case unit will look at this case (and when? - considering no bodies have been found)?
QUESTION: Where can this case go from here? What are the options for investigation?

What I am saying is wouldn't the next step for this "logically" be someone actually "doing something" rather than talking about it (not here on WS, but TV/media) or just filing it away (from lack of manpower/leads/experience/interest)! (IMHO)..I guess I'm asking..
Q: Where to now?
Q: How to can I/we help?...
if it take setting up a petition page online to being attention/pressure to solve this, I'm willing to do it! (Because, Hey, if 300k+ ppl will sign a petition about reversing a court decision for a mother who got convicted of a felony for lying about her kid's address in order to get them into a better school district, which btw, is now being reviewed for reversal by the Governor's Office--not that I agree w/that), I'm sure ppl will sign a petition to poke someone in the bum to find the truth about a "missing" family!! If it takes sending a letter (or setting up an electronic online auto-formatted letter/fax form so ppl can send a letter to local Congressmen to put pressure on someone to "do something", to draw attention to this case), I'll do it or find someone I know that can! If I need to search the internet for someone crazy (*winks*) enough to sink their teeth into this mystery, hey, I'll go find someone to bug, it can't hurt, and there's got to be someone somewhere willing to look at this up-close. If a reward is needed, I'll try to help raise some money. The thing is, I'm willing to "do something", I just don't know what "to do" to help get this seemingly stalled case to get going again, which is the most frustrating part of this to me..

I'm not experienced in law enforcement or effective case investigation as a process, so someone just point me in the right direction, so I can maybe help. Q: What is the next step to find the truth?

As it seems to me, nothing is happening locally and nothing therefore is "getting done or solved", and unless someone 'does something', sadly, unsolved is where this case will stay. That is unless someone talks/confesses/implicates someone they know who has had a part in whatever happened good or bad (as is the way with most cases).

---- Praying for the Jamison Family where ever they may be! ---

Curiouscat, thank you for all your thoughts and posts on the missing Jamison family.

Personally, someone needs to contact LE somewhere out of Oklahoma. Maybe the Dept. of Justice or the United States Attorney General.

I've read so much about Oklahoma in the past few years and....well.....

i am not Oriah, but yes its sinister. the entire area feels evil. it wasn't always like that but in the last 10 years i don't even like to drive through there much less stay and visit.

Aha! That paints a different picture for me. Maybe he just liked being on television. :) I feel like he hightailed it out of OK pretty quickly.

I hate to say it, but I don't think anyone in LE cares about finding out what happened to the Jamisons. If anyone does, we don't know about it.

 • #434
Unfortunatley, I think finding the Jamison's opens up a whole new, big, scary can of worms that nobody, even LE wants to deal with .........
Moo

NotPenny'sBoat, that's a good point.

Seems like there are a lot of folks hightailing it out of OK ( and virtual OK.) ;)
Perhaps we should take a look at who's running?

If there's a can of worms here, many would say LE is already wriggling in it, before it's opened.

Wiggling away they are, wfgodot!

NOUN:
Informal pl. cans of worms
A source of unforeseen and troublesome complexity.

(And we shall continue to wiggle back at 'em. ;) )

Jamison family, we will find out what happened to you.

You are not forgotten.

Elections not going the way they should? Is someone running that might be a shoe in?

Why would people be running? If you dont go up where do you go?

I lost alot of notes ,and I miss them.

Maybe we should have a who's who the goverment of oklahoma offices to feel out the climate? At least we will learn something, maybe not what we want to but it might be helpful in understanding why people are err.. leaving?
