I had been afraid that perhaps Jillian and Veronica were buried alive.

Etiher way, it's a terrible, horrifying crime.

I believe - and someone please correct me if I have it wrong - that the big kahuna herself, Tifany Adams, was not present during the slaughtering of Veronica and Jilian. I think she was with her grandkids, appearing only "remotely," so to speak, by phone.....

I believe Tifany was present (I can't think she wouldn't want to watch the slaughter). Veronica would likely have known Tad, as he was her former mother-in-law's boyfriend. Might have known the Twombleys, too, since they seem to be friends with Tifany.

I will do some digging on this question, but I don't easily believe that a narcissistic ringleader of TA's ilk has the courage to do the deed herself, or even watch it, when she has fawning minions perfecty willing to do it for her.

IMO, calling the shots but not firing the shots is a classic MO of vile human beings like her.

I do not remember seeing a MSM who was or wasn'' present during the murders. I think I assume TA was present and either participated or watched.

IIRC, the timeline of the victims arriving their destination and being ambushed by the assailants had TA collecting her grandchildren who were at a sleepover. I believe the sleepover was all part of TA's alibi for the date/time of the murders. JMO

By Court Order, the docs for the case are only available at the Court Clerk's Office. Some of the local MSM have obtained the docs from the Office and the same were embedded in their articles but we don't have a MEDIA Thread. They came out around 4/12/24 per the docket entry below so I'd start with articles from around that period.

Agree completely. IMO, Jilian's death was horrific not only because of how severely she was injured, but because the primal intent of her assailants must have been unmistakable. They were killing her.

Somewhere nearby, other actors were doing the same to Veronica.

It was a melee of inescapable horror. The autopsy tells us Jilian fought, notes the defensive wounds on her hands. She knew they were killing her. And they were winning. And they would end her life. And they did.

Why did I even write this? These murderers will face justice, all five of them, and they will be found guilty and then be imprisoned, at the least, for the rest of their lives. It's just... the torturous, terrorizing agonies suffered by Veronica and Jilian maybe can't be completely expressed within the confines of the language and procedures of a criminal trial.

The defendants should be made to face all that they did, all of it. They are guilty of so much more than kidnapping and murder. JMO.

Oh my.........reading this really shows how horrific this crime is. It almost looks like they were trying to decapitate her, based on the stab wounds and direction of the wounds. I'm speechless beyond the previous two sentences. My heart aches for them.

Thanks for the warning Pommy, I cannot read autopsy reports for the innocents.

I just hope they went as quickly and painlessly as possible and the rotten murdering scum that killed them suffer the maximum penalty allowed by law.

Agreed. And we haven't seen similar report for Ms. Butler, who has only the most remote connection with only one of the defendants; but who apparently was placed in the freezer first.
Makes one wonder just what intensity of control Ms Adams exercised over the others. The motive seems to have been entirely hers; and there was considerable planning and coordination involved in preparing for the attack and the disposal. For her to lead this group to commit such atrocities...Seems cult oriented, not simply financial or political, in terms of the motivation of the other defendants.
Thankfully those preparations were not effective in avoiding arrest and incarceration. In retrospect they seem puerile.
