....how would she have known if she was in the toilet ?..............

I would think she would have phoned the police when he started bashing the door.

Your scenario is not too different from my first thoughts. She would have had to get to the toilet before it really kicked off and started to get noisy else Burger would have heard. So he cannot have had the gun at that stage as I think as soon as that appeared she would be screaming.

Wouldn't she have used the phone to call the police once it started escalating to the point where he went off to get his gun?

Yes, that had been discussed too. Maybe he shot so quickly in order to prevent Reeva's call to police (Press !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!).

IMO it makes sense if he stopped yelling/shouting/squalling/roaring at the second, when he knew he was going to do something irreparable violent (DV and murder) - and had the idea of the lovely intruder. Witnesses could hear and understand something; therefore he had to stop and was (different than usual) relatively quiet.
You have to admit: he happens to be clever and sophisticated.

Is that what we all saw in court? I didn't see that I must say.

.....of course.......the strange thing with this scenario is that it feels right, at least to me it does .......

....it does show with his selective blubbing, crying, puking up, creeping to the judge and slowness of awnsering questions......calculatingly slow........i don't know m'lady...

Why would she have been screaming before the shots were fired?

If she couldn't see him through the crashed door, then I imagine he (nasty and evil as he could be too) said to her something about shooting her and telling to others, there had been an intruder. He wanted to shock and punish her with this threat, I imagine. At that moment she would have known the very great, deadly danger and screamed. He panicked because of that - then bang - bang, bang, bang - the intruder idea already in mind.

Why was she still standing in front of the door if she knew he had a gun?

......she could have been screaming before or whilst...... to phone the police under that kind of situation would take some doing ......which whilst on the subject of phoning the police why didn't she do it after he had asked her, according to his version..........

.....why not......she had to be somewhere....it's not as if she had much space................we just don't know she could well of been at the toilet window and turned to face the immediate danger....

Really - right in front and stood up like that? Far more likely she'd have sheltered behind the wall and as far from the door as possible.

.......have you seen the size of that toilet.......not knowing the exact circumstances in which he murdered her it's just speculation, no one apart from Pistorius knows in what sequence the killing took place .....

So now we don't want speculation.... ok

...........whilst on the subject of the sequence of events leading up to Reeva's murder in the toilet there is the subject of the bruises not directly linked to the shooting...IE...... bruises on her body that were not as a result of the shooting....bruises on the upper part of the right thigh that were not linked to the shooting and behind the left knee and the left shin......another possible indication of an argument or fight beforehand .....

Because if an armed intruder might be heading your way ie the bathroom you might not want them to hear your voice speaking to police?

....i didn't say that either........is this another personal attack ?............

Apparently it is legitimate to discuss the improbabilities in OP's version even though they involve speculation and opinion but when the discussion moves to the improbablities around what the state's version must be, the discussion is cut off with 'we can't know and it's all speculation'. Might I point out that this is what I've been saying all along and why I prefer to stick to the evidence.

.....for those following the discussion and who are not aware of the WC dimension in which pistorius murdered Reeva...... according to my calculation the WC measures 1495 x 1250 mm, which is small, part of this would of been taken up with the toilet itself 600 x 400 mm, the toilet width being 400 mm, this dimension is to be reduced from the 1250 mm leaving a space either side of the toilet of 425 mm.........

....that's fine, if you don't want to speculate, but please don't force your wishes on other posters.............that's all...
