Is the picture of her AI enhanced or generated from an existing image? A very similar photo has been posted by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (a yearbook headshot from 1969), except it's grayscale and of a lower resolution. She appears to be the same age and wearing the same clothes in both images and I'm very confused as to how one picture looks so crappy and the other looks like it could have been taken yesterday.
